FABULOUS LITTLE LADY SET. Here she is in the original frame display with all her toiletries, never opened. Colors are bright as new. No stains, no fading, no dust, no odors. The plastic frame is not cracked. Alexander contracted with Helene Pessl, Inc. The developer of Little Lady Cosmetics. The interpretation by Alexander is very true to the original illustrations. The original Little Lady illustration shows her in her ruffled pinafore, spats, pink trimmed pantaloons, and pretty smile… Interpreted faithfully by Mme Alexander. Little Lady’s box is plain, not the usual logo print. It’s in strong, clean condition. The lid has split corners, but no added tape. The dress is tagged. She has her original store price tag. No other props are included. For your consideration, I have this stunning 1958 Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. There are a few things to keep in mind while looking at my photos. Her face does have a bit of shine to it. My photos show her face more matte than in reality. My photos have not been photoshopped or enhanced in any way at all. The yellowing that appears on the dolls face is not as yellow to the naked eye. It is very slight. Cameras are funny things. Cissy is a gorgeous doll. DARK brunette wig that has been combed through a bit. BLUE sleep eyes, with all of her original eyelashes. Original everything except her blush has been very lightly enhanced. Cissy has no splits, cracks or odors. Nice, evenly colored body. Cissy wears a vintage dotted swiss dress, with a green ribbon serving as a sash around her waist. Underneath, she wears a stiff white crinoline. Brand new, elegant Cissy panties, and bra. Cissy wears a pair of mommy made mules. Her hat and bag are lovely. They both have had vintage flowers from the 1950′s added to them. Cissy has pierced ears, and wears a pair of pearl earrings, and a graduated pearl necklace. She is a lovely doll. Substantial- nothing loose or swingy. Very sweet and angelic in the all white. As always, thank you so much for looking!
