A fun outfit for Cissy. TLC skirt of purple linen – like fabric and TLC shirtwaist style striped blouse. The blouse has all of its buttons and the painted staple that needs a flower. It could use a soak as it shows age stains. The skirt needs the snaps sewn tight and the lining has a few holes. This does not interfere with the body of the skirt.
