Madame Alexander Dolls

I have decided to downsize my doll collection a bit so I will be offering up many dolls over the next few days! A few points of info… My dolls are from a smoke and pet free environment. All have been on display in my doll room. None of my dolls are mint as I simply bought what appealed to me! I will do my best to answer any questions so please feel free to ask! This listing features a beautiful blonde Cissy doll to dress. Doll has lovely face coloring and pretty eyes. I believe she has been reblushed, I do see a slight cheek rub on her right cheek upon close inspection. Don’t detect any odor issues. Her wig is very pretty and those bangs are gorgeous! One inner knee has a small split and both hips have splits as seen. None of these detract from her standing ability. Body might have slight scuffs or marks but nothing that stands out! She is a gorgeous doll for display… Her face is just darling! Please note heels are not included… Just used to help her stand for photos! Thank you again and kind regards! Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Tosca hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged red dress with white trim. Taffeta slip, red horsehair hat, red. & red high heel shoes. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has tosca hair with a triple stitched part wig, still in most of the original lovely curls, the hair is pretty smooth with a nice sheen. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, nice coloring. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. Tagged, it is red with white trim, circle skirt, buttons in the front and a square snap. She has a taffeta slip with lace edge, red taffeta panties, red molded plastic high heels with bows on the toes and a the most adorable red horsehair hat with flocked flowers on top. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition. The written description is based on my opinion and observation of the item. 5 vintage (1930′s) Madame Alexander Dionne Quintuplets with (1984 Quints 50th Birthday) May Pole. Dressed in tagged clothes with name pins. They have straight legs some have paint loss in spots , their composition is in good condition. The May Pole is on a turntable and they have little pink stands. Up for sale is a Rare find. A complete set of Madame Alexander Little Women Dolls from 1948-49. This set includes, Marme, Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy with the rare floss curls. Amy also has her hang tag. There are just a few minor issues: Marme & Meg have newer shoes and Marme’s dress has a few light spots. All the dresses are tagged correctly for each doll. This are All Original 1955 Madame Alexander Straight Leg Walker Little Women. The outfits are all original and clean along with FUZZY BOTTOM black side snap shoes! They open and close their eyes when laid down and stood up. They all have their own stands. Also wearing bloomers and shoes. The Dolls are as follows. Checkered red dress with green apron. Light pink colored dress. Red white dress. Marme – beige dress with bluek apron. These are all original and have been stored away for more than 40 years. Im pleased to offer this extremely rare, and hard to find Gay Nineties purple Godey portrait doll. Cissy is from 1959. She is the strung doll with the slender non jointed arms. Lovingly referred to by collectors as the no neck Cissy. 21 tall with an adult body, and high heeled feet. All original doll to the tagged costume. This girl is so rare, that collectors sometimes have to find bits and pieces of this particular doll. Cissy wears her original costume consisting of her dress, slip, panties, hose, and jacket, as well as her hat. Okay, where was I? The tulle on her hat has been replaced. Im sure flowers have also been added to the hat as well as the jacket. Look at that jacket! She wears lace gauntlets, as well as her original earrings. The dress is pink taffeta, and it has been laundered and pressed. Not the best thing for vintage taffeta. There are wrinkles that I didnt try to iron out. There is a pin hole at the bodice that doesnt go all the way through the lining. It is also covered by the rest of the costume. A few small pinholes in the skirt. Also a few dark smudges along the back. Meaning, there is so much positive going on, I dont really get hung up on that. Use your own discretion though. Purple elastic sandals are newer. Cissy is in great condition. Many of these dolls have yellowed and their heads have split at the seams on the sides. Cissy has had very light blush added, and its been professionally sealed. Pretty, long, full auburn wig. Blue sleep eyes that stick slightly. One side of her eyelash curls up a bit. The lashes could be replaced so they wouldnt do this, but I say leave her as original as possible. You wont find this doll again in the near future. Ive probably only seen a handful in the past 20 years. She is extremely rare, and because shes not perfect, Im offering her for a great price. Thank you for looking. This Doll comes with.
