My lovely Vintage 1957 CISSY #2120 YELLOW FLORAL TAFFETA. She is not mint by any means, she has a couple of issues with her coloring on her neckline , back of torso and cheek. Vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Blonde hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged blue taffeta dress with floral trim. Slip with net ruffle and. Blue woven hat with flocked flowers, veil. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has blonde hair. With a triple stitched part wig, still in the most of the original lovely curls, smooth with a nice sheen, the color is light golden blonde, it may appear more reddish in some of the photos. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, lovely coloring. She has pierced ears with. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged dress, it is light blue taffeta with a full circle skirt and short sleeves, pink flocked flowers adorn the waist. She has the original taffeta slip with a net tulle ruffle and blue nylon panties (the panties have some tiny holes). Her shoes are adorable blue. Molded high heels with bows on the toes, these are rare to find. Her woven hat is fabulous, light blue. With a wide brim, covered with flocked pink flowers, it has a fine blue veil and velvet hatband, topped with a pearl head hatpin. Gorgeous doll and outfit! When you move her head from side to side her legs walk although they are wobbly. The hard plastic body of the doll has a bisque like quality and is in good condition with no splits or cracks. However, please note that she has a couple of tiny marks on her tummy (see photo #12). She has beautiful dark sleep eyes that move freely, beautiful blushed cheeks, and perfect ruby red lips. Bo Peep’s triple stitched wig is styled in its original coiffure, with perfect curls and no missing or cut strands, etc. Adorning Bo Peep’s head is her original open weave bonnet that is accented with a large bouquet of flowers. The hat ties at the neck with a black ribbon and I believe was never removed from her head until I removed it to take the photos. Please note that the hat, while very stable, does have a few missing strands in the weave of the hat (see photo #10). Tied to her right wrist is a pretty flower bouquet and her purple shepherds staff. Also attached to the bottom of the staff is a small sheep that is very worn. A reproduction Madame Alexander tag is tied to Bo Peep’s left wrist. This beautiful doll wears a tagged pink taffeta gown with flower print side panniers. The pink taffeta skirt appears to have been ironed, is faded, and has a tiny pin size hole under the left pannier. The bodice of the dress in in great condition and a little black cumber-bun that is accented with pink felt flowers adorn her waist. Under the gown, Bo Peep wears a cotton slip and pantaloons; both with tight waist elastic. Other than the fading and tiny hole, there are no other holes, tears, or stains on the clothing. Little Bo Peep also wears original socks and black side snap shoes that have fuzzy bottoms. The doll does not come with a stand or an original box. NOTE: The wrist tag is a reproduction. MA Vintage Cissy Clothes, Accessoris Complete Outfits, Includes Undies, Shoes. The vintage tagged MA Cissy dress came as a boxed extra and is considered hard to find. It can be seen in THE CISSY FILES by. The dress is in wonderful crisp condition with vibrant color but has two drawbacks. The tag is in place but completely faded, and one little shoulder bow is missing. The hat is absolutely vintage and original. The little purse is so cute, actually works! Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander 20 Cissy In 1957 Secretary Outfit. Beautiful sissy doll has been restored our newly strung. She had a facial. Her body is great. She holds her pose and can stand alone. Her outfit is vintage with a reproduction white blouse. Hat goes with a stripe dress but I mix things up. This is Little Southern Girl #305 of 1953. She can be seen in Pat Smith’s World of Alexander-kins on Page 13. She is a straight leg non-walker. Her Tosca hair is in the original set, she has dark sleep eyes and lovely facial color. She has pink satin pantaloons with white lace trim and a pink ribbon through it. Her half slip is pink satin with white lace trim. Wendy has pink rayon socks and white side-snap shoes. Her dress is 3/4 length white organdy with tucks and lace trim. It ties in the back with pink satin ribbon. It is tagged Alexander-kins. The tag has darkened with age. It could also be tagged Madame Alexander. Her fine straw bonnet has several flowers on it and a white feather. It turns up in the back and ties with pink ribbon under the chin. She is 67 years old and doing well. VERY NICE TAGGED CISSY PINK STRIPED DRESS. This vintage Madame Alexander pink striped Cissy dress is clean, complete and in extremely nice vintage condition. All buttons and snaps are solidly in place and work well. This is the 1956 City Shopper dress for the 20 Cissy doll with black belt and neck bow (the belt is tattered). The dress is tagged, and included are the cancan-type petticoat and matching panties. The petticoat has some age staining, and the waist elastic is stretched. Let me know any questions.
