Madame Alexander Dolls

This doll is like new, with her beautiful complexion that I believe is untouched, and her ballet costume that is original, complete, and in excellent condition. The flowers have retained their color. She is clean, tightly-strung, odor-free and without any fading. She has her original pearl earrings and they are in excellentllent condition. She has her original tights and ballet slippers. She holds a pose easily. Her hair is a beautiful, clean and shiny auburn in the original set. But the doll came through just perfectly. Shes gorgeous, but I never had Elises as a child and I have a few now but I just cant love them. Ill be listing them all in the next several weeks, along with clothes for them. The only issues I see with her, which I would consider minor ones, is a slightly lazy eye which goes away depending on how her head is set. Some of her lashes over that eye are bent a bit. Her flower headpiece elastic strap on one side has come loose from its staples so it is currently tied on one side to the headpiece. I think it can be restapled. Vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Strawberry blonde hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged pink Ballerina dress. Pink pearl drop earrings. Fancy original hair style. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has strawberry blonde. Hair with a triple stitched part wig, still in the most of the original lovely curls, it is in a fancy style with side curls at the face, pulled back in curls and longer length in the back, tied with a pink satin ribbon. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, lovely coloring. She has pierced ears with pink pearl drop earrings. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged pink ballerina tutu dress, it has a satin body suit and crisp net layered skirt adorned with velvet. Flowers and leaves, sprinkled with rhinestones. There are some splits in the under layer of the net but does not show unless looking thru the folds. The color is a pale creamy pink. She has a matching floral crown. Her ballet slippers are light pink rubber and she wears pink. Doll in a stunning hard to find outfit! The listing is for the doll and clothing shown, no stand included.
