This is a complete set of the African American Calendar Dolls. I was told only 50 were made. The dolls were made in a limited edition for sale individually but only 50 complete sets were made. Really cute rare set. Dolls are mint in unopened boxes. Trunk is about 13 x 13 x 5. Gold hardware still covered in paper. This is the COMPLETE SET OF MADAME ALEXANDER CALENDAR GIRLS! These petite Wendy dolls, which are 5 inches tall, are each distinctively dressed to commemorate a different month of the year. This complete set includes all twelve petite 5-inch Calendar Girls. Each of the dolls has a hat and handbag that they are wearing that corresponds to the month that they represent. Each doll is in their individual box with a clear cover. When you remove a doll from its place in the case, it will reveal a decorated space for that particular month. All the boxes fit into Madame Alexander’s case which opens on a middle hinge to reveal all the dolls inside. The case closes and secures with a clasp. These dolls are listed as pre-owned, but they were displayed and never played with. Each doll is complete and is tied into her appropriate display box. Please see photos for further descriptions.
