Vintage Cissy by Madame Alexander Mid- 1950′s with Dark Brunette hair and curly bangs and green eyes! Really clean nice body, knees bend. One crack on seam on top of leg (see photo). Hard plastic body, legs and Head with vinyl arms. Eyes Open and Close. No missing paint on face. A few scratch marks on one lid. All fingers and toes accounted for, no chew marks. Fingers could use a little cleaning. Rich Dark Brunette Hair Color with curled bangs. One teensy eensy crack under chin, I almost missed it(see photo). Please look at photos as they are part of the description. She just came out of a closet from the original owner, no Smoke or other odors. This is a hard to find Madame Alexander Joanie doll she was only made for two years. She is clean and ready to be displayed, with no cracks or breaks. She is a walker and has green flirty eyes that move side-to-side. She has all of her long, curly eyelashes, some are just separated. Madame Alexander dolls have a reputation for discoloration, but a few days in the sun will help with that. I have added color to her cheeks that can be removed with soap and water if desired. She comes in her vintage pink organza party dress, a new pink crinoline that I made for her, new black reproduction shoes, socks, panties, and a hair bow. From My Personal Collection. DESCRIPTION: This is an original Madame Alexander Joanie playpal sized doll. She has very little uneven skin tone. Uneven skin tone is typical with Madame Alexander dolls. I have added a little color to her cheeks which can be washed off with soap and water. Her brunette hair is clean and uncut. Her green flirty (they move side to side) sleep eyes open and close and she has all of her eyelashes. Her arms are strung and she has the walker legs. This doll is very clean and ready to display. As with most vintage dolls there are a few light scratches on her body. She is marked ALEXANDER 1959 on the back of her neck. You will receive Joanie wearing her vintage pink organza party dress with black flocked flowers. She will also arrive with new panties, new black patent leather doll shoes, new socks, and a hair bow. Under her dress she is wearing a pink full slip with petticoat netting which I made for her to add fullness. My home is smoke free.
