Professionally made custom dress for a 20 vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. High quality cotton fabric with floral print. Dress features a very full 70 inch pleated skirt, lined bodice, and attached floral bouquet at the waist. While not an exact replica of the Madame Alexander Camellia dress, this is my version. One Of A Kind Hand-Repainted Custom Doll by Atelier Narae. THANK YOU FOR YOUR INTEREST IN MY DOLL ART WORK! OOAK 16 Hand repainted doll with the following features. She’s a former 16 Madame Alexander Desperate Housewives Susan Mayer Fashion Doll. Her original factory paint was completely and carefully removed. Her face has been hand-painted by using fine artist grade acrylic paints and pastels with full facial repaint. French manicure, pedicure, enhanced breast, body blushing have been applied. All repainted areas are sealed with UV Matt protection. Her hair has been restyled. She will come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed by the Artist. (She comes in her original box). Gorgeous, hard-to-find Madame Alexander Nurse Joanie from 1959. She is a 35 playpal companion doll, dressed in a quality-made reproduction outfit. Overall, she is in very good condition for her age, but she is not perfect, please see all photos. Hair is lovely, thick and full with no missing plugs. Clear blue flirty eyes that open and close as they should, long lashes intact. Lip and eyebrow paint looks good, no rubs. Her joints are firm and hold pose, and her walker works well. Back of her neck is marked Alexander 1959. She has quite a bit of fading and discoloration in several spots on torso and legs. Red discoloration looks like dye bleed from a prior outfit, and the fading looks like it was done when someone tried to clean it. She also has what looks like a prior repair on her left foot and heel – see photos. It does not interfere with her standing or walking. Most of her flaws are covered by her clothing. Her outfit is a custom-made reproduction that includes blue and white striped dress, embroidered apron, hat, can-can, and bloomers. There is a tiny light yellowish spot on the back of the dress collar see photos. It might come out with cleaning, but I did not attempt to clean her outfit; it is otherwise in excellent condition and I did not want to risk damaging it. Her socks and shoes are children’s wear in fair used condition. Shoes are a little bit too big for her, but she can still walk in them. Overall, a lovely display doll to add to your collection! Very pretty vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. From the top of her head to the tips of her toes, she measures approximately 20 inches. She is outfitted in a beautiful yellow satin gown, accessorized with a pair of earrings and a necklace. Underneath there is a matching yellow half slip and stockings. She is carrying a nosegay with tulle surrounding the flowers. She has red hair and blue eyes, which open and close easily. Sometimes her eyes look green, depending on the light! Cissy has been stored in a sealed display case case for the past few decades. She was tacked down to the backing board with stitches through her clothing in several places. I pulled the backing off of the case but did not remove the stitches, in case the new owner wants to display her that way. To the extent I was able to examine her without removing clothing, she appears to be in nice condition. I was able to read the word ALEXANDER on the back of her head. The necklace was held down to her neck with a spot of glue, which has darkened. Her arms were slightly pulled out of their sockets (no doubt due to the position they were in for so many years) but I was able to easily fit them back in. Custom made case measures approximately 26 1/2″ high, 20 1/2″ wide, and 4 deep, and has a hanging wire on the back. There is damage to portions of the trim on the bottom edges of case. I do have a few more photos available. The custom made display case is included AT NO VALUE. Again, all sales final.
