Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and soft vinyl jointed arms and knees for posing. She is dressed in a white dimity cotton dress with a floral print of lavender flower bouquets and white net sleeves and val lace trim. The dress has a lavender velvet ribbon around her waist and ties into a bow in the front. Four square snaps close the dress in back. The bodice is sprinkled with a few rhinestones for sparkle. Under the dress is white taffeta nylon half slip with white undies. Her nylons are new and nice and tight. Her shoes are also new and are lavender with tiny flowers. She has a beautiful face with one stroke brows, full lashes, clear eyes, light blush and pink mouth. Her face has a very soft look to it. Her hair is a strawberry blond color in nice curls. Tiny little curls for bangs. Her face may have had some spa work at one time, but nothing major. She wears a hat with lavender netting, ribbons, and flowers. Last she carries a lavender straw handbag with various purple and lavender flowers. The dress is a copy of one of Cissy’s day dresses and shoes and nylons were made other talented people. Hat and bag by Richard’s Originals. No cracks except a a very tiny one on left knee that was filled in. Clean with no odors. From smoke free home. S because of postal problems…….. Simply Gorgeous Madame Alexander Cissy Doll in Red Floral Cotton. Haute Couture Designer Dress by the Brilliant Designer Seamstress sewspecialties268. Cissy wears a gorgeous full red floral cotton dress with a bit of a drop waist. The bodice is embellished with three flat back diamond crystals and a black velvet bow. This dress was specifically designed as an haute couture outfit by Karen Parker of sewspecialties268. A full white taffeta crinoline enhanced petticoat and panties complete the dress. Cissy wears black lace enhanced gloves and a large black straw hat adorned with red velvet flowers. Her ensemble is completed with stockings and red, crystal embellished strappy high heels. Cissys body is in excellent condition with no splits or cracks. There has been one flawless invisible repair to her upper left thigh. Her lovely blonde coloured. Hair is perfectly coiffed into a do with bangs and a curly ponytail. Her blue blue eyes open and close perfectly and all her joints operate smoothly. You will not be disappointed, as many of these dolls are beautiful collectible treasures! BEAUTIFUL 1953-54 Madame Alexander-kins straight-leg non-walker with dark blonde, tightly rolled triple-stitched wig, blue oval sleep-eyes that open and close easily, molded-lashes eyes with lower painted lashes and rosy cheeks. She has one small dent on her left temple that may have happened during production, but certainly doesn’t detract from her lovely appearance. She is wearing a tagged, crisp, black and red floral-print variation of the “Pinafore Dress” with a red taffeta under-dress and matching lace-trimmed panties, white socks and black side-snap fuzzy shoes with fuzzy bottoms. The pinafore criss-crosses in the back and ties with a bow. There are examples on pg. 21 (1953) and pg. 48 (1955) of The World of Alexander-kins by Patricia Smith. On her head is a beautiful vintage black straw hat with black ribbon trim and red flowers, that seems a perfect compliment to her outfit, but may or may not be original to her outfit. Simply lovely and an exceptional example of a vintage Madame Alexander-kins doll that would make a wonderful addition to your collection! No odors, smoke free environment. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall, made of hard plastic with soft vinyl jointed arms. She is wearing a fantastic heavy polished cotton reproduction of the “bird dress”. The fabric is white background with lots of green vines, flowers and birds. Dress has a dropped waistline, with ribbon sash, and large puffed sleeves. Under the dress is a white taffeta half slip with white stiff net ruffle and matching undies. Original Cissy nylons, original green Cissy shoes, and matching straw hat and handbag. Both are decorated with lovely flowers that go with the dress perfectly. Her only jewelry is her rhinestone bracelet and tiny rhinestones on each ear. Cissy has been to the spa and looks refreshed and beautiful, as all we women do when get a little pampered. Lovely matte finish, blush, smoky eye shadow, brows, full lashes and red mouth. Lovely doll in great condition. ELISE has very pretty color but I did notice marking on one side of her face, visible in phot provided. She wears a VHTF lilac/ lavender floral dress. Although in great shape, it is not mint. Free from any smoke or odors, but she does have a small stain that should wash out easily, its on the underside of the dress on the hem, you should be able to see the stain easily in picture provided. The dress is not missing any of the rhinestones, appears unwashed but does need pressing. Pretty undergarments as well. She DOES NOT have her shoes or stockings. She comes from original owner. Well, you aren’t the only one! It seems this eye-popping Cissy has been stopping traffic all over town! She held this dress under wraps for quite a long time, but decided to wear it as summer will step aside for fall before you know it. It’s a gorgeous crispy & very colorful floral print with an inset band at the front waist, showing off Cissy’s figure. It closes at the back with square snaps… Look at the pretty little buttons adorning the back closure! What a beautiful detail! Underneath Cissy’s taffeta can-can slip is trimmed in bright pink. Ric-rac, and she has taffeta panties to match. Vintage hosiery & cute purple strappy sandals add to the details, which include pink rhinestone round earrings & a matching bracelet. Cissy also wears a pretty clear rhinestone ring & carries vintage bright pink gloves & a lucite purse, which is perfectly in keeping with her color scheme! This girl is really truly stunning. Her body is beautiful, as are her gorgeous features and coloring. Her blush has been very lightly refreshed. A lovely thick, dark brunette that just “screamed” something special… Those great rolled bangs, and in the back there are curls moving. Rare Vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Doll Dress Floral Print w Rickrack 1956. This fun yellow striped dress is printed with a lovely purple floral pattern, trimmed with purple rickrack across the skirt and at neckline, has a purple satin ribbon at the waist that ties in the back, six rhinestones scattered on the bodice, and lace at neckline and arm holes. The bodice is lined in cotton. Dress still retains the original Cissy Tag. Dress is very good condition with no rips or tears. Dress pleats are well maintained and all bodice rhinestones are firmly in place, as are square snap closures. No fading that I found and no offensive odors. It is flat/wrinkled from storage.
