Excellent condition vintage Cissy doll, approx. 20 tall with chemise outfit. Full eyelashes and sleep eyes work well. There are a few stray hairs coming loose from the hair up do (see photos). There are a few minor marks on the body, some light residue on arms. The outfit has some holes in the lace, the shoes are in very good condition. Presented here is a beautiful Cissy from 1960s up for sale. She has a gorgeous red wig and big green blue eyes that open and close. She has big red luscious lips that are her original lips. Her eyelashes are Gorgeous. She has a crack on her left leg. She also has a large scratch right between her eyebrows. She is wearing a fabulous gown of light blue taffeta with an over skirt of white and silver metallic lace. It has prong Rhinestones around the scallop hem. The The bodice has a net/tulle stole around the neck and a cloth flower at the center. In has long taffeta streamers going down the back The dress is tagged Madame Alexander. Underneath is a matching petticoat with layers of net , a lace trimmed hem woven with matching blue satin ribbon. She wears white taffeta panties and silver high heel shoes. She is absolutely beautiful. I want to keep her in my own collection but my husband said what are you doing with all these dolls. So I have to let some go. This gorgeous doll belongs to my daughter, so what I list for information is by sight not knowledge. To start, I do know that my daughter had this on a shelf on display. The dolls eyes open and close freely. She hair is in good shape. All limbs, fingers, and toes, are also present. This is an articulated doll. The elastics on her shoes appears to be a bit loose in my opinion. Also, this doll comes with her COA, and has original box as well as a doll stand. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part red/ auburn wig. Tagged blue taffeta & lace dress. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part red/ auburn wig in curls with bangs, the hair is swept over the part in the center, curls in the back. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and closes with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing a fabulous gown of light blue taffeta with an over-skirt of white and silver metallic lace, it is embellished with prong set rhinestones around the scalloped hem. The bodice has an attached net/ tulle stole around the neck and a cloth flower at the center with velvet leaves. The dress is tagged “Madame Alexander”. Underneath is a matching crisp, full bodied petticoat with layers of full net and a lace trimmed hem woven with matching blue stain ribbon. She has white panties and silver plastic molded high heel shoes. The gown is in excellent condition, here is a faint water mark on one of the back taffeta streamers, no other. Vintage Alexander Cissy outfit from the 1950s or earlier 1960s. Blue cotton dress with white lace trim, blue straw hat with flowers and original nylons. Some yellow discoloration on the edge of the bodice lace. Some light discoloration in a couple a places near the hem. Nylons are original and without runs or holes.
