Breakfast In Bed, HTF, Madame Alexander, 8 Doll, Serving Tray, Box, Wrist Tag, Registration is circa 2002 and has original box in good condition with clear label, nice overall finish and shape, very minimal lid top wear on nice flat surface. Restringing was not needed due to proper care/storage. This doll is complete with breakfast tray. The newspaper, cup, saucer, placemat and eye glasses are stationary accessories. Hair retains original style, ribbon bows and hairnet. Dress, undergarments, trims, all elastic, shoes and shoe soles are exemplary. She is relatively hard to find complete and in this lovely condition and is sought after, so it is a pleasure to be able to offer her. Please study photos to confirm description. Welcome to my auctions! She is 20 tall with hard plastic body and vinyl jointed arms for posing. She is dressed in a 2 piece outfit of a skirt in lavender blue with box pleats, (lined in pale pink organdy), a cotton striped blouse with attached original flower, pale pink Cissy slip and matching panties, cloche type hat in white with pink velvet bow in back (reproduction by Richards Originals) and chatelaine pocket watch. The watch was turned around when picture was taken. She also wears, mint stock nylons and pale pink Cissy high heels. Skirt is tagged Cissy. She has a lovely face with clear eyes, full lashes, brows, nice cheek color and red mouth. She has had no work done on her face. Her hair is very dark brunette with original curled set, no cuts. The only thing she has had done is 2 cracks on her hips. They are nicely done. From smoke free home. Because of postal problems……. I BOUGHT THIS DOLL FROM G O L D I E K R A U S AND SHE IS A BEAUTY. I HAVE LOVED THIS GIRL! AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY PICS HER OUTFIT IS IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION , AND SHE HAS SUCH A GORGEOUS FACE. She carries her original Madame Alexander hat box with great pride. Her outfit consists of a tagged linen circle skirt which matches the tailored blouse to perfection. Her collar is adorned by a pink rose that matches the woven straw cloche and the Madame Alexander hat box. Inside the box is a piece of paper showing Goldie Kraus (Donna) sending doll to me along with the picture of her. She has a tailored lavender taffeta slip, panties and lovely lavender shoes. (These were made by Anna Hawkins and are not original but are perfect to complete this lovely outfit). I removed the original outfit and kept it all as it is so I now have dressed her for her pics. She has a little mark on her left cheek, hard to see but I have shown it in the last picture. She remains in excellent condition. Just FOUND her original white high heel, OSTRICH FEATHER shoes!! THey will be included with her now! Featured here is an adorable Limited Edition (of 500) vintage 2001 Cissy doll by Madame Alexander, Yardley Morning Ritual. This doll is number 484 and her number is inked on her lower back, on her tagged robe, and on the MA pink COA. She comes with her original hand tag as well. I do not have her original box. She is dressed in a sweet pink satin panty and bra set with back seamed pink shining hose, with a white terry cloth robe with belt that has a gold “MA” monogram sewn on the front of the robe. This is a gorgeous Cissy doll with the Yardley face — sweet full lips, rosy cheeks, grey radial eyes with dark brush lashes and painted brows. Her doll body features the twist waist which makes for wonderful posing. She has been displayed in my SMOKE FREE, PET FREE home in a darkened doll room and shows no sign of any sun fading. She has never been played with. I see no marks, stains on her body and her costume and accessories are lovely, as shown in the photos. She will come with her original tied bundle of doll size pastel washcloths and a full size bar of Yardley Rose soap! NOTE: This doll is NOT missing the original white OSTRICH FEATHER shoes that came with this outfit! I just found them!! THey will be included with her! This set is so cute. Cissy has several outfits with all the things she needs to go on vacation. I checked and all the items that are listed in the catalog are here. The clothes in the trunk look like they were folded from the factory. Shoes still in plastic etc. This doll has no box, but her COA is in the trunk. The catalog states she has 2 wigs. It shows her wearing a blonde wig, and with her other outfit wearing a brunette wig. She actually has 3 wigs. She seems to be wearing a honey blonde wig and the other 2 wigs are in the trunk. Not sure how you switch wigs, I dont want to mess with the hair. She said she believes the doll I have is actually morning ritual Cissy. She does look like the Yardley morning ritual Cissy without the robe, slippers etc. Which makes sense, morning ritual Wig is permanent. Cant change out wigs. Produced in 1955, she is a bent knee walker with the Wendy Ann face and marked ALEX on her back.. Her face paint is all original and she has very bright rosy cheeks. She has blue flirty eyes and her walking mechanism works fine. Wendy is wearing her original outfit which consists of a tagged lime green cotton dress with a floral cotton pinafore and lime green panties. She has fuchsia original shoes with fuzzy bottoms and wears rayon socks. She has her original wrist tag To: All Little Girls Everywhere, and her booklet from 1955 showing her photo and others created that year. This doll also came with a perky hairdo but mine has the traditional flip and is exactly as I bought her mint in box in 1991! She has shiny blonde hair and a triple stitched wig. Original set is perfect. She has lived behind glass in my custom doll room and is from a pet-free, smoke-free home. Dont miss this treasure she is fresh and crisp as the day she was made!
