Madame Alexander Dolls

All Original 1939 New York World’s Fair 14 tall Miss America from Madame Alexander. She has the Betty face, which was very popular at the time. She is complete with her hat, original flag which is so fragile and her World Fair 1939 red, white and blue metal tag. She is dressed in her red and white stripped dress which has not faded in the least and her navy blue belt completes the dress. Under the dress is her nylon slip trimmed in lace. Her auburn mohair wig is in its original curled set with the barretts on either side of her head. This is one the rarest all original dolls in my collection. I have kept her all my life as I was born in this year and was given her as a gift by my grandmother. We are a non smoking home. She will make a special. Addition to any doll collection.
