Vintage 20 inch Madame Alexander Cissy doll withoriginal clothes Beautiful no res

Gorgous vintage Madame Alexander 20 inch doll. Cissy was found fully dressed, her dress does have spots and side seam stitching is coming out, the jacket front has a loose pc /flap hole under flower, it does leave a black residue if rubbed , stockings perfect, undies and slip do have good elastic with slight discoloration, shoes also have good elastic. Hair is in original style w/hair piece. Eyes open and close nicely, the color os odd, their either brown or green both colors are noticeable. Joints/ stringing nice and tight. The only notables would be her right lower arm has spots (her storage buddy layed there) and there’s a tiny white spot on left cheek looks like a tiny drip of paint and might pop right off however that will be left to new mother. She had the little clear box strap wrapped on her arm, it has a bouquet of flowers and a silver elastic w/ stones strap, could be a broken doll bracelet? Thanks and God Bless.
