Year: 1997 this doll is over 20 years old! Great condition – slight marks on hat – I haven’t tried to clean it off, this doll has been sitting in the box for over 10 years (never displayed) Comes with doll stand. Madame Alexander has captured Samantha’s late 60′s style classy hairdo and has dressed Samantha in a long emerald green semi-sheer crepe gown with green metallic lining and long black velvet fitted sleeves. The empire waist treatment is figure hugging at bodice and flairs out to a generous a-line contour. Bodice trim underlay of black stretch acrylic knit forms a deep v in both front and back of her gown. Her full length, black crushed velvet cloak features dramatic stand-up collar lined in the green gown fabric and is attached to her sleeves at cuffs, which taper to a point. Broom, witches cap and gold tone necklace with bold solitaire heart complete her look. This wonderful doll is a tribute to Elizabeth Montgomery and holds special value to those of us who loved the “Bewitched” TV series!
