MADAME ALEXANDER CISSY – NAVY DRESS – WHITE CAPELET. For your consideration is a 20 Madame Alexander Cissy Doll. The Cissy doll is in good condition with a nice full auburn wig in original set. Please see photos as doll does have a small neck split, otherwise she is in good condition for her age. Her eyes have full lashes and open and close as they should. Despite her flaws, she is still a lovely doll with a lot of life left. Cissy’s tagged navy taffeta dress has a natural waist, and pleated netted trim at the sleeves. She is wearing a three-tiered organdy cape / capelet and a off white/ivory straw-like hat with bunches of ivory flowers. She has white gauntlet fingerless gloves and black elastic shoes (unfortunately the elastic is stretched). Under her dress is a pair of white taffeta undies and she is wearing aa pair of stockings (I did not see any runs in them). She is accessorized with a pocket watch and rhinestone bracelet. This doll is extremely rare, especially in this condition. This is one of those special heirloom dolls you hand down to family or friends. She seems to be in great condition. I tacked her wings up to her shoulders to keep them from getting crushed. The wings are intact and in good shape. This is one gorgeous doll. The previous owner really took good care of her. She has some spots on the back of the dress, a hole on right shoulder and a hole on right top of bodice, see last 4 pics. Stockings, shoes, undies all on good shape. This dolls eyes are mesmerizing, clear big and beautiful, lashes full and pretty. Other than a few little things she is in great shape. To find them with their wand and wings, crown in such good shape is a miracle. She doesnt have a box or stand. Please message me with any questions before purchasing.
