Blue-gray sleep eyes with painted bottom lashes. 8 BKW walker works (see video). MA tagged flocked and dotted pink organdy dress with lace trim and matching organdy panties (loose at waist). White socks and off white suedette side-snap shoes. Alex imprinted on her back. She has been restrung. Smoke free pet free home. The striped blouse is an excellent copy made by doll seamstress Linda Foss, may she rest in peace. The black taffeta skirt is original and tagged (my photo makes it look faded but it is nice and bright), and is in very nice condition. It maintains its color and is not turning, but could use a steaming to fix the pleats. I will include a newly made white tulle ruffle slip and undies from Dolls Dreams by Natalie. I will include replaced wide strap black shoes with red glittery insoles. I have seen the outfit with or without a contour belt and I will include one but it is matte black and in my opinion is not quite right. Thank you for looking. She’s very hard to find in this condition. Her rich golden blonde hair is the iconic Cissy bob with spit curl bangs, that epitomized the working girl. Her sparkly, clear eyes are mostly still blue and the whites have not yellowed. Her creamy complexion, with high color blush, eye shadow, and satiny red lips, is to die for!!! She’s an infused face, which many collectors prefer as it has a certain translucence that’s hard to match. Her stringing is perfect for posing beautifully in any outfit you desire. She can even stand by herself if you balance her just right! Her arm and body color still match beautifully, so she can wear those revealing outfits without a problem. She’ll come to you in her original secretary outfit, consisting of a white organdy pin tucked blouse trimmed with Valenciennes lace, black felt jacket and circle skirt, who’s elastic is unstretched. Let me present to you, the serious Alexander collector, a rare & hard to find BINNIE WALKER. She is mint in my opinion. She is all original right down to her shoes & socks. Her red taffeta dress is vibrant & crisp. Her original nautical felt jacket has all the original golden buttons, anchors & stars just like new. Binnie’s head turns when she walks as it should. Her rooted skull cap is thick and in original set. She’s even still wearing her original felt sailor styled hat. Not sure if the pompom was originally red but it is rather pink now. I have not undressed this doll but added a couple photos of hip joint and bottom side. This may be a once in a lifetime chance to own a 24 Binnie Walker in this condition. Elastic in sleeves relaxed. Her pink taffeta slip and panties, rayon socks and purple velvet center snap shoes are in great shape. Her original hat is a gold taffeta with straw edge and has both original ribbon as well as a replaced vintage ribbon. Some flowers may also be replaced. This rare doll has jointed elbows and knees and wrists and is a walker (this body was used for the Madeline doll) her head is a Cissy head with vivid deep blue/purple eyes. Walker works very well.
