She’s about 7′-8′ inches tall. Her outfit is okay, it’s slightly aged. Her skirt’s elastic waistband, her floral necklace, and elastic floral halter top is slightly overstretched, because of her age. PLEASE READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION BEFORE PURCHASING. Isnt she a pink dream? High color facial painting. Full factory red hair. Lace pink ruffle underskirt. Sheer Swiss pink dress with. The dress is tagged and is not faded. It has a small stain (that I havent tried washing out) on the arm. A little tear where the opening is. And a couple small holes, as shown in photos. But is unnoticeable when worn. It has little white buttons and lace details. Elise herself is in great but not mint condition, her legs and ankles bend and hold poses effortlessly. She has no chew marks or odors, no splits or cracks or breaks anywhere. She does have some spotting on her vinyl body that is white foxing throughout her torso and legs. Eyes open and shut with full eyelashes. Her wig is thick and curly. Sometimes her arm is a little loose. Her nylon stockings have tiny holes. Straw hat is a little flat but can be formed again. Beautiful Cissy in her undies ready to dress… I try to note everything – all positives and negatives – so you can make an informed purchasing decision. I know you cannot examine her for yourself, and while I do not claim to be an expert, I will carefully note everything to the best of my knowledge and ability. I believe this doll is what is known as an infused Cissy which prevents her vinyl from losing color over time. Her body coloring is very fresh and healthy all over. The photos washed out how fresh and peachy she is. I do not know for certain if she is infused, that is just my best guess due to how beautiful her coloring is all over. Take this with a grain if salt, and if you know more in this area, please see the photos and examine her carefully. Beautiful clear eyes, open and close easily. They need to be replaced. I just dont have time. No cracks, splits, discoloration, mold, mildew, odors, etc. Her tagged chemise is in wonderful crispy condition. Her nylons have aged a little and have a small hole near the top of one. Her pretty shoes shoes are in great condition but the elastic has stretched some. Her golden Saran wig is in close to its original set. I believe that is a replaced hair ribbon. This is a beautiful doll in beautiful overall condition! With some new lashes, shell be perfect! 1953 Strung 8 Brunette Alexander-Kin Bridesmaid High Color! She is so pretty! This doll is as-found wearing a near mint 1953 Bridesmaid dress but no hat or bouquet. She has blue eyes that open and close easily, full brows brows and a pouty mouth. She has wonderful rosy cheeks with no rubs. She has been re-strung and her body is clean with no stains, splits or repairs. The dress is tagged and she wears her correct long pantalets and a long Alexander-Kin half slip. I noticed that the lace is different on the slip and undies. Her shoes are very scuffed with fuzzy soles and sturdy snaps topped with correct rayon socks. She is a beauty. No splits cracks or odors to the doll, she is close to mint and very clean. Her coloring is beautiful ruby red lips, rosy cheeks, clear blue eyes with full eyelashes. She may have had a spa treatment I don’t know for sure, if so it was very well done. I believe she is an early painted Cissy because she does not have holes for earrings in her ears. Her wig is an original Cissy with a blonde up do style close to perfect, hardly a hair out of place. The dress is tagged J. The outfit consists of a black floral cotton dress with white organdy notched collar that opens up the front. Under the dress is a a black net petticoat with pink satin ribbon trim and white satin panties. A black open crown wide brim hat trimmed with flowers and tulle compliments the dress. Accessories include a new faux pearl necklace, faux diamond bracelet and Cissy ring, a pink floral reproduction MA hat box by Kiley Shaw, black faux pearl trimmed shoes, and new reproduction Cissy stockings.
