Gorgeous doll and outfit. I do not believe they go together, but you will get all you see in the photos.

She may not be perfect but I think she is just beautiful. She is clean and does not have that sour hard plastic smell. Her coloring is very pretty, a little subdued, but is original to her. Her auburn “updo” is neat and clean – still a nice shine. There are a few hairpins to hold curls in place and she will be wearing a hairnet to keep her style as it is. She has clear sky blue eyes, full lashes that open and close properly. She is wearing a gorgeous black velvet gown which is tagged. Her fur stole is Madame Alexander but not tagged – it does show some wear from display. Her stockings and undergarments are original. Her jewelry is vintage, however most of my Cissy’s do not have pierced ears and I couldn’t resist gluing a strand of matching earrings to her ears. These can be removed – I used Alleen’s tacky glue which is easily removed. Her vintage silver strap shoes are replacements and the elastic is a little loose. I truly hate to part with her but must downsize. Her one flaw, to my knowledge, is a small split at her knee. It has been filled to stop any further splitting, but couldn’t be realigned perfectly – please see last picture. I try to describe as accurately as possible but may leave something out please look at the pictures carefully as they are the most important part of the description. Remember, this is a vintage doll over 50 plus years old, and will not be perfection, as a new doll would be. I will also be listing doll clothes and other related items. I have Madame Alexander’s from the 1930s to 60s!! I also collect Arranbees, Tonis, and others. So please check back. The doll stand is not included. My home is smoke free I do have a dog and cat, but they are not allowed to play with my dolls :. If you have any questions, please ask. I clean my dolls very well and if they have that sour hard plastic smell, after cleaning them, I store them for a while in a sealed bag with sachets. I also put a few sachets in the mailing package. They smell nice to me and to others who have bought from me, but I can understand if someone is highly sensitive or allergic to fragrance. I’m adding this caveat because I don’t want to cause an allergic reaction to anyone who has allergies. Please understand I have nothing to gain by being purposely dishonest. This Sleeping Beauty was produced in 1959 with a brand new face sculpt and an Elise body. Her crisply tagged heavy slipper satin gown is trimmed in gold & closes at the back with three square snaps. There are a couple of small scuffs near the bottom hem which are of no consequence, as you can see by the photos. This gorgeous gown has no rips, holes or tears. Her lovely gold lace cape drapes her shoulders & falls beautifully over the gown, closing at the front with a gold bow. This cape is perfect, with no rips, holes or tears.
