This is Come Out and Play With Me, an 8 doll by Madame Alexander made in 2013 as a limited edition for the Grand Ole Dol Club Luncheon in Nashville TN. She is is mint in the box with certificate, limited to only 60 made. She does have her mini doll. There is a picture of the ad, ad not included.

The tiny little dolls limbs move really freely, i assume this is a flaw as well. The doll on the right, has an ashy body. These dolls will need to be signed for. Limited edition out of 50!!
