From a recent estate sale here in the Dallas area, here’s a lovely Cissy in its original box by Madame Alexander. The box has seen better days (please see pictures), but it does have the original label which says Cissy on the left hand side. She has beautiful skin tone. The doll appears to never have been played with. She has brunette hair which is in excellent condition. She has a pink bow in her hair. Her skirt and blouse/jacket are done in a matching pink knit. The blouse has white buttons, but the blouse or jacket actually snaps. The knit skirt is lined in a white fabric. The skirt has several hooks. The knit clothing pieces are not tagged. She is wearing her original stockings and has her original black strap shoes. Underneath she is wearing a lace bodice or teddy. She has her original ring and necklace. The necklace is broken and has some corrosion which has gotten on the dolls neck. This Cissy measures about 20 inches tall. He box is marked. The doll is in excellent condition with no damage or discoloration to the skin tone. Small spots on the neck from the necklace. Appears all original and in unplayed with condition.
