1990′s Rare Limited edition Madame Alexander Dolls. Part of the Romance Collection, Featuring Beauty and The Beast. Both dolls have their ORIGINAL tags, Along with the original box and cards (see pictures for tags, boxes and cards). The Beast Has a removable Mask (see in next slides). This is a full and complete ORIGINAL and UNUSED set with EVERYTHING included. Perfect condition, No cracks, tears, missing parts or chips. The box is in near perfect condition but does have some signs of aging on the corners. (white cracks and lines). But the dolls are in perfect condition. These are part of her very rare collection, and a highly collectible item. They are beautiful and and absolutely masterpiece to add to your collection, or display in your home. She is dressed in a beautiful white pique cotton dress with print of red flowers, with white vintage val lace trim around neckline and sleeves and red grosgrain red ribbon sash. Underneath her dress is a white silky half slip with white tulle netting trimmed with red ric-rac on both sides of edge. White matching panties with lace trim. She is wearing reproduction tight nylon stockings with lace tops and red strap cissy shoes. She carries a handbag covered in black felt with red flower trim. Her hat is a Richard Original in red feathers with black net face veil. She has no jewelry except a rhinestone bracelet. She has a lovely face with full lashes, peach eyelids, cheek blush, green eyes and red mouth. Her hair is a medium blond color. She has one filled in small crack on outside of left leg, one on right leg and one crack on top of same leg high up inside. This has not been filled in. She is clean with no odors. Offered here is a gorgeous LE Modern Cissy doll, number 135 of 350 (see photo) redressed in a OOAK handmade pink dotted Swiss walking suit with matching full length skirt with train, flounced bustle jacket, shoulder shawl with ribbon trim and ties, and parasol. This doll stands 21 inches tall. She is the modern Cissy with twist waist, exquisite grey radial eyes and fabulous eye make-up , rosy cheeks, red lips and wonderful blonde updo hair in a riot of tight curls on the top of her head. She has the number of her edition on the back of her waist — she is number 135 of the 350 of this particular doll made. The fitted jacket features elbow length sleeves trimmed in lace , tiny round ball glass buttons all down the front (with hidden snaps beneath to close the fitted jacket), lace trim all way round the wonderful bustle at the hips, with long trailing pieces down the back. The A line skirt fits her fabulously well — snaps at the waist and has a long floor length train that processes behind her as she walks. The skirt is slightly higher in the front for ease of walking. Her beautiful pink satin high heel shoes with clear heels can be seen peeking out beneath her skirt. I have added a very full vintage, tiered ruffled slip edged in chiffon to give fullness to her skirt. She has light pink seamed thigh high hose and handmade beige lace panties with a tiny rosette. She wears a handmade period bra and that fastens with three tiny hooks and eyes and has white satin straps; see photo. She wears faux pink pearl drop earrings and a vintage necklace with a pink celluloid rose cameo over a metal religious medal base. The chain necklace fastens easily around her neck with a magnetic clasp! I have added this amazing RICHARD ORIGINAL pink fascinator hat to this gorgeous doll, as her crowning glory. It fits her head perfectly. The black elastic holds the hat in place on her cascading blonde curls. It is a wonderful hat, with dotted tulle that struts, blush rose peach pink chrysanthemums and rhinestones. The cape I put around her shoulders was the original hat that came with the outfit, but I prefer the gorgeous fussy hat by RICHARD, so put this other hat around her shoulders like a shoulder cape — and tied it snug under her beautiful bosoms to highlight her elegant figure. This lovely doll would make a wonderful addition to your collection or be a fabulous Easter gift. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. No props in the photos are included in this listing.
