“Kisses of Joy” has never been removed from her box. I received her when I attended the MADC convention in 2009. She is a limited edition doll, though I do not see anything that says how many were made. Her face painting is beautiful. Here sleep eyes work. She wears a stunning red gown with white accents. It looks like there is a big white bow in the back of the gown. This doll is about 10 inches tall, Cissette size. Her sleep eyes work. Her wrist tag is still attached. Her box is in very good condition. The pink tissue paper inside is torn. I think it may have been like that when I first got her. Not to be used without permission.

Beautiful rare Joanie Doll – Vintage – Madame Alexander doll 36 PlayPal size. Joanie is a beautiful girl dressed in her nurses uniform. This outfit is not original but is of high quality fabric and style. She has flirty blue/green eyes and good coloring. Her hair is wavy and is a strawberry blonde color. She is in good shape for her age, she is tight, stands alone with no odor. She does have a faint line running down her stomach and left leg which I believe is from the factory where she was made. This is not noticeable with clothes on. I have priced her accordingly due to this flaw. Madame Alexander 35 Nurse Joanie doll 1960, Beautiful Flirt Eyes, Repro Dress. This HTF Madame Alexander Nurse Joanie is a must have for any doll collector. She watches over the baby (dolls) you may own. Nurse Joanie is so adorable while doing it. She has a sweet face with original face paint She has open and close flirt eyes. She has short hair on the sides and longer in the back. It may have been cut but Im not sure. She has a discolored leg. It is a darker yellow leg, she came to me that way. Up for your viewing is a 36in 1959 Alexander play pal size doll named Joanie. She is in fair condition needing some TLC with scuffs and marks throughout the body mostly on her arms. A little pink mark on her chin. Her arms are a bit loose, the right arm being more loose than the left. They cannot hold into position when reaching out fully. There is something rattling inside the doll probably one of the joint band parts. I brushed her hair and gave a quick wipe down, that is it. Hair is in decent condition but does have matting on the inside layer towards the back. These are normal clothes I used from my 2 year old daughter and I will include them. Dress is a bit worn. Shoes have some wear and dirt. Doll doesn’t have any mildew smells. Row of hair plugs missing on the back neck. 2 hair plugs missing near the ear. The lighting outside was really good and I admit the pictures turned out probably better than she is. For a 1959 doll though I think she looks nice. Please note in the nude photo her upper right leg it looks like a crack in the picture but it is just a hair that was stuck on. If I have time i’ll retake those shots.
