She is 21 tall, made of hard plastic and vinyl, jointed at the neck, shoulders, waist, hips and knees for great posing. She has brown hair and blue eyes, perfect rosy cheeks and red lips. Cissy is wearing a black fitted dress with a bow at the waist which is made from whisper and satin black wool faille. The sleeveless dress has a matching coat with a black fur collar, and is accessorized with rhinestone earrings, whisper slides and a pillbox hat that is decorated with a rhinestone heart pin.
