Madame Alexander Dolls

VINTAGE & RARE MADAME ALEXANDER COCO DOLL – LISSY – MADE IN 1966 ONLY. This is a very hard to find doll. Shes in nice condition but the prior owner smoked so there is a odor when you put your nose up to her. This will air out over time if you are a smoke free home. She could use a little cleaning. Her face still has nice blush. There a few spots here and there. The dress does show yellowing to the bodice. It does have the tag. There is some soiling to underside of bodice (as seen in last two photos). The attached slip is yellowed from age and has a few stains. The pink crinoline is still stiff and really fills out the pleated tulle skirt. The elastic waistband was stretched and the crinoline kept falling down so I added some elastic thread to tighten it. It now stays up. I did not notice any damage to pleated tulle skirt. She has her original undies which have some brown spots, stockings and very hard to find shoes. One bow fell off one shoe and I glued it back in place. Shoes show yellowing and wear from age. Her jewelry consists of rhinestone earrings and a bracelet. Her hair is still in the original set and in very nice condition. Comes from pet free home. Melanie is a lovely vintage Madame Alexander doll from the mid-1960s still in her original box. She is in wonderful condition; still has hair pins, cameo necklace, ring, stockings, shoes, and the tag is still in the box. Her gorgeous blue gown is in excellent condition, accented by little velvet bows and cream colored lace. Hard to find in this shape.
