MADAME ALEXANDER’HARD PLASTIC’ DOLL -”ALICE IN WONDERLAND”. What a Splendid doll. Looks to be all original This doll does not appear to have been redone in any way. She would be a stand out in any doll collection. Jointed Neck, Arms, Legs; Wig; Blue Sleep Eyes with Lashes; Closed Mouth. Early hard plastic doll; she is dressed in her original outfit of a light pink dress. An apron or is over the dress. Leggings and black shoes. On the back of the dress, on the outside, is the tag which reads: “Alice in Wonderland”, Madame Alexander, NY USA. The dress and pinafore have wrinkled and I doubt that they were ever washed – and I have not washed them now. The pinafore has yellowed. Her face is the “Maggie” mold beautiful and framed with golden blonde original wig; the top part of her hair is pulled back in a ponytail with bow. She is approximately 17 inches tall. She has jointed head, arms and legs with beautiful blue sleep eyes and full intact lashes – gorgeous eyes! This is a beautiful example of an early Alice in Wonderland Doll with Maggie face with original wig and clothes. I have not cleaned this item aside from a light dust off. Light soiling, dust, old age toning, dents, paint loss could be present along with other minor wear consistent with age. I’m always willing to take additional photos or answered detailed questions. I will not end listings early for any reason so please do not ask. The volume of items is too many to list but overall the areas covered are vintage toys, postcards, games, advertising related items, tins, dolls and other collectibles.
In excellent preowned condition, she has a tagged outfit/dress, I see no stains, holes, or problems. Odor free, she has her original veil and flower bouquet, and also under her dress she wears her original shoes, stockings, and white satin underpants. I see a tiny little piece of white thread around one of the shoes, which I’m not going to remove. But otherwise everything looks perfect. Her hair looks like it’s never been touched, her face is very clean. Her body parts are not loose. This doll is beautiful-an amazing survivor and in such excellent condition!

This is our Madame Alexander-kin Wendy KIN BKW Bent Knee Walker Doll wearing a difficult to find Kin tagged Yellow with White Dress Rainy Day Outfit. She is from the 400 series of Wendy-Kin dolls. She is marked ALEX on her back. Her triple-stitched brunette hair is in nice condition with only a few little flyaways. She has pretty blue eyes that open and close as they should and lightly blushed cheek color. Her legs are a little bit loose so her walker is not fully working. We can easily pose her arms. Her body, arms and legs are in nice condition with light marks or rubs on them. We have kept her carefully stored for some time. We will include her doll stand so that you can securely display her. Her Rainy Day Outfit includes the Yellow coat with matching hat. Coat has an Alexander-Kin tag on the back collar with brass closures on the front. Coat is in clean condition, however, there is noted darker tarnish to brass fixtures (photo 18), a very tiny circular hole in white inner fabric (photo 14), a wrinkle in sewn hem on front left (photo 17), and some green rubs and marks on back hem area (photo 16). Her Kin tagged white satiny dress is sleeveless with white trim and closes in the back with two signature square snaps. It is in good condition, a little soft now with some wrinkles from storage. The underpants are in good condition with one run at back area (photo15). Her black boots with smooth bottoms are in good condition with some rubs or marks on them. Have added white current homemade tube socks to protect her legs more. A nice addition for a Kin collection! Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional photos or closeups as we are parting with a family collection and want to make sure that you know as much as possible about her before purchasing her. We took numerous photos so, again, please do not hesitate to ask. We hope to find her a wonderful new home. Thank you very much for looking!
This is a vintage 24-inch Madame Alexander “Winnie Walker 24″ Tall Doll that has been cherished by one of my aunts for some time now. We believe that she was made between 1953 and 1955. She is made of hard plastic and has jointed arms and legs. She can walk and turn (when you move one of her legs forward, her head turns to the side). This Winnie has magical blue eyes that open and close as they should, and a gorgeous face that catches your eye. She is in nice condition with some light cleaning needed to her exposed arms and legs (really hard to show you this so please keep this in mind). We found no seam splits. Her brown hair is nice and full with curls all over and some flyaways and top area of her head needing some re styling. Winnie’s outfit is a tagged Madame Alexander Black Dress with a green and pink floral print on it. It is finished in quite detail with some solid pink on the back side area. Dress is in nice condition with some wrinkling on the back side from storing her flat. There is a bit of the underarm area needing a stitch (photo 12). She also has her original white slip underneath with a couple light spots on the front area (photo 8). Her original white underpants close with a snap on the back side. In addition, she still has her matching pink felt hat with the matching green and floral print fabric running through it. Hat is in nice condition with two tiny spots found (photo 14). Her outfit is finished with her original pink stop stitch shoes that close with a secure center snap. Shoes are in good condition with some wear and most noted wear on the back sides (photo 16). Her socks are in good condition and fit her well. An absolute charming Winnie doll whom we hope to find a loving new home. Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional photos or closeups as we are parting with a family collection and want to make sure that you know as much as possible about her before purchasing her. We took numerous photos so, again, please do not hesitate to ask. We hope to find her a special new home. Thank you very much for looking!
