Huggums dolls just love to be hugged! She’s cute as a button in her white voile dress with puff sleeves and pink trim. Her pinafore is embroidered with delicate little flowers in soft baby colors and tied with light pink satin ribbons.

1941 Madame Alexander Jeannie Walker 13 1/2 Composition Blue Pinafore Dress. This Jeannie Walker has crazing over her body and some fine cracks on her face. Her color is quite good and her stringing still has good tension. No chips; normal wear at arm sockets, neck and fingertips. Paint wear at waist probably from doll stand. Mohair wig in good condition. Her dress is not tagged but is Madame Alexander quality – I believe it to be original. A blue pinafore with attached half slip, it is worn over a lace trimmed, dotted Swiss blouse. Original socks and hat. This sale is for an OUTFIT ONLY that includes a really difficult to find Madame Alexander Wendy Kin Doll Blue Dress with Blue Floral Pinafore that goes over dress. The dress has had its tag removed (remnants of it are seen on back top collar area) and closes in the back with two sets of signature square snaps. Dress is in nice, clean condition and may be just a touch lighter than it originally was. The beautiful blue floral pinafore is also in nice, clean condition with a little bit of fraying on ends to ties, a touch at one end seam, and a little bit of fabric starting to pull through one grommet (see photo 10). We also believe it may also be a touch lighter than it originally was but both pieces have even shading all over, so we aren’t totally sure. Do note that our camera does seem to make it seem a little darker than it is. As you can see on one of our own Kin dolls, it is really stunning on a Madame Alexander Wendy Kin doll which is why it is always difficult to find. Please do not hesitate to ask for any additional photos or closeups. We took numerous photos so, again, please do not hesitate to ask. Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part reddish-blonde wig. Red pinafore, red & white stripe shirt. Petticoat, red ankle tie high heels, panties, red stockings. Original hat with flocked flowers and hat pin. Presented here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Stitched part reddish blonde wig in short curls. Blue-green sleep eyes that open and close with thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, nice coloring, coral mouth, ears are not pierced. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. She is wearing her original 1950′s red cotton pinafore with a red and white stripe blouse, tiny mother-of-pearl buttons and square snaps. The outfit is an original tagged Alexander set, only the end of the tag remains at the back of the blouse. She has cotton panties with lace trim and bows, original red seamed stockings, the cutest red plastic high heels with red roses on the toes and black satin ankle ties. She has a nylon petticoat with an inner net ruffle and red lace flounce at the hem, the petticoat is probably added or has added lace. The hat is original, wide brim, white straw, shaped brim, it has red and blue flocked and. Flower trim, original hat pin with red square plastic top, the hat has the elastic chin strap still attached. The clothing is all in excellent vintage condition, no notable damage. You will not be disappointed, as many of these dolls are beautiful collectible treasures! BEAUTIFUL 1953-54 Madame Alexander-kins straight-leg non-walker with dark blonde, tightly rolled triple-stitched wig, blue oval sleep-eyes that open and close easily, molded-lashes eyes with lower painted lashes and rosy cheeks. She has one small dent on her left temple that may have happened during production, but certainly doesn’t detract from her lovely appearance. She is wearing a tagged, crisp, black and red floral-print variation of the “Pinafore Dress” with a red taffeta under-dress and matching lace-trimmed panties, white socks and black side-snap fuzzy shoes with fuzzy bottoms. The pinafore criss-crosses in the back and ties with a bow. There are examples on pg. 21 (1953) and pg. 48 (1955) of The World of Alexander-kins by Patricia Smith. On her head is a beautiful vintage black straw hat with black ribbon trim and red flowers, that seems a perfect compliment to her outfit, but may or may not be original to her outfit. Simply lovely and an exceptional example of a vintage Madame Alexander-kins doll that would make a wonderful addition to your collection! No odors, smoke free environment. Vtg Madame Alexander Cissy Doll Red Pinafore w Red & White Striped Blouse Hatbox. Clothed in this vibrant red cotton pinafore with the coordinating red & white striped blouse, Cissy is just as pretty as a picture! Her outfit is crispy fresh with no stains or tears. She is wearing hose, panties and white sandals. Her pretty dark hair is still in the original set of curls with two original hairpins. She has long black eyelashes and pouty red lips. Her jointed body is in very good condition, the only issue I can find is two scratches on her right legs. I do not have her original box, but will make sure that she is packed very carefully.
