Meg March from Alexander’s inaugural Little Women doll series. Hard plastic socket head, sleep eyes, blonde floss wig styled in a braided coronet with the original black hairnet, and a beautifully preserved complexion. Five piece hard plastic body, wearing a tartan plaid red, white black and yellow gown with black detail. One of her four white sewn on buttons is missing. She wears a petticoat, pantalets, socks and black shoes with black bows. Very good vintage pre-owned condition, dress a bit faded, button missing, some spotting and fading on dress.

This is 1955 VERY RARE Madame Alexander-Kins Adorable Little Woman doll straight legs walker. Outfit: Everything is original genuine Madame Alexander Very Rare dress, almost impossible to find another dress like this one. It’s a blue and white dress with blue dots, blue apron, a white collar and black trim. Original MA Dress Tag: Yes (Alexander Kins). This Marme has the most beautiful face, lower painted lashes and adorable outfit. Her hat is Madame Alexander original, we found a few similar hats online. We think it’s her additional accessories. She is a very nice doll with a distinct face that is more full around the cheeks. She is marked ALEX on her back and has a very nice triple-stitched wig in excellent condition. Her gorgeous eyes open and close as they should, lashes are beautiful and distinct, and she has rosy cheeks. Her walking mechanism still works somehow, it’s not perfect, it may stuck sometimes. However if you turn her head to the right or to the left her legs are slightly moving. Her Outfit can has normal signs of aging, a slight change in the color of the dress fabric is possible. A tiny spot under the left armpit on the dress, barely visible. Otherwise it’s perfect. Please see attached listing pictures for all details. This Gorgeous Marme was stored in the box for many years, she has “like new” condition because nobody was allowed to play with this doll, display only. The stand is very rare original Madame Alexander, marked. Her suede shoes are very cute with her slightly saggy white socks. Her box has an erased title, we are not sure what it was originally on the box, however it’s a genuine Madame Alexander box with original store’s tag (Texas, our state). Up for your consideration. A complete set of Madame Alexander dolls depicting Louisa May Alcott’s Little Women. Dolls include characters Marme, Jo, Laure, Meg, Amy and Beth. They are made of hard plastic, with rooted hair and. They have opened and shut eyes and moveable limbs. On the back of all the dolls head is the date of 61 except for Beth hers says 76. Dolls measure approximately 11″ to 12″. The dolls have been stored for the past 10-15 years. They are all in their original tagged clothing and all but 1 doll has their hand tags. All are in very good clean condition. On the back of Amy’s dress there is black marks (maybe ink marks & I have not tried to remove) I have three of the original boxes. Doll Stands Not Included.
