This gorgeous vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll is a 21-inch portrait doll of Marie Antoinette, featuring blonde wavy hair and striking blue eyes that open and close. The doll, part of the Cissy Portrait product line, was manufactured in 1987 as an original collector’s edition piece. Dressed in an intricate outfit befitting a queen, the doll comes with accessories and maintains its vintage charm in original packaging. Perfect for collectors of fashion dolls, this Madame Alexander creation captures the essence of royalty and elegance from the 18th century.

This Cissy is gorgeous, and one of only two hundred made. She has hazel eyes and auburn hair and her knees and elbow bend. She has the most amazing dress lace netting embroidered with aurora borealis sequins and pearls. Her dress is long and ends in an amazing train. She wears matching jeweled earrings and necklace. She has a fur stole that can be draped over her shoulders. She wears heeled gold shoes. Her coloring is bright and fresh, featuring bright red lipstick and a black beauty mark. Her only flaw is a dark spot on her nose. I have not tried to remove or lighten and it looks like someone tried to paint over it. I’m sure a doll lover can find a way to disguise it.
