She has a few marks on her legs (extremely light/slight) from age (all of which could be removed w rubber eraser), Fuzz on bottom of shoes wearing off from age, slight belt wear on edge from age, hair out of place in few spots from being caught on something and a 1 scratch on back of neck under hair (unknown to me until now). Vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll. Original tagged organdy dress. Presented here is a vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll in original tagged dress. The doll is 24, hard plastic with working walker. She has a beautiful Cissy face, nice coloring, thick upper lashes, painted lower lashes, bright light blue-green eyes (they match the dress). Her hair is auburn with bangs and most of the original curl. The doll is in excellent vintage condition, minor finish wear in the joints. She is marked; “Alexander” on the back of the head. The dress is lovely rayon/ silk organdy, it is a pale blue-green color with lace trim and original sash, cute puff sleeves, tagged. Her petticoat is adorable, original, pale blue taffeta, it is one piece and has a hoop in the skirt with a ruffled flounce. She has matching panties, they have some newer elastic woven in the waistband. She also wears her original rayon socks and flocked black ankle strap shoes. The dress has some small repairs and flaws to one side of the skirt, see the last photo, but overall the clothing is all in good vintage condition. The listing is for the doll and clothes shown only. VINTAGE 1950s MADAME ALEXANDER 24 WINNIE WALKER DOLL CISSY FACE ALL ORIGINAL. Darling vintage 1950′s Madame Alexander 24 Winnie Walker doll in wonderful condition. This Winnie Walker came from her 74 year old original owner’s estate and has been stored for decades in her MA box. She still has her little hat box with metal award coin and tag inside. She is an early Winnie doll with no maker marks on her. Her head turns side to side when you move her legs. Her arms are a bit faded, and there are some tiny (pin head size) marks on the back of one leg. Other than that she’s perfect! Her face paint is flawless with rosy cheeks and red lips. Her brunette wig is shiny, full, and in the original curly hair-do. The organdy pink dress is beautiful, but the tag has been removed. The doll is also wearing a pink satin slip with matching bloomers, and her little center snap fuzzy shoes are very nice. The doll and clothing are clean with no unpleasant odors. The bottom of the box is well intact, but does have a couple splits; the lid is missing most of the edges. Offered here is an exceptionally beautiful, HARD TO FIND brunette Madame Alexander Big Binnie Winnie Walker doll. She stands 24 inches tall and has a working walker mechanism, i. When you move her legs her head turns from side to side nicely. She has beautiful big blue eyes and red lips, rosy cheeks, all her lashes and painted brows. She has no marks or flaws on her face that I can discern. Her long, thick brunette hair is quite thick and she has short wavy bangs. On her head she wears a wonderful vintage black velvet bandeau with beautiful pink and white and deep burgundy ribbon roses and buds and little green leaves. It goes nicely with her pale pink dress and black strappy vintage shoes. She also comes with her original MA doll slip with its original neck and sleeve trim intact, and her original full cut panties which snap at the back of her waist. To her original outfit, I have added a darling dark navy blue corduroy dressy coat with white lace trim at the collar and white buttons. The coat has a flare skirt and long dark blue velvet sleeves. It fits her beautifully. She can be posed with or without the coat. I have also added a vintage bouquet of fabric flowers with vintage pink satin ribbons which she holds tied in her hand. My home is SMOKE FREE and PET FREE. This doll has been part of my personal collection kept in a darkened doll room in my temperature controlled home. She shows no sign of any sun fading and has NO ODOR. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit. Featured here is a vintage Madame Alexander 24 inch Binnie Winnie Walker doll; she is dressed in a lovely navy blue check cotton dress, with ruffled rick rack cotton slip, cotton panties and a white velvet lined coat with Navy grosgrain ribbon accents. She wears a wonderful vintage straw bonnet, of tightly woven molded straw, accented with a navy blue grosgrain ribbon and ties. Tiny vintage fabric flowers are on the top. This doll wears a beautiful vintage necklace of graduated pearls that closes with a very old metal clasp; it holds nicely and is the perfect size for her. She carries a miniature Williamsburg China plate ornament, with its original tag and satin ribbon hang loop; the plate is dated 2006 and is from Shields Tavern at Williamsburg and features wonderful fish, a tree and tavern on the plate. Its colors compliment her outfit beautifully. I have added replacement white patent looking ankle strap shoes with tiny bows on the toes. NOTE: In response to a question about her hair and request for photos of the back of her head under the hat, I have added a couple photos. Her wig is thick and in its original set, not messy or missing — a beautiful dark golden blonde in wonderful curls. This doll is a walker, i. When you move her legs her head turns to the side and then back to the front. Her walker mechanism works well. She has wonderful large green blue eyes, all her eyes lashes, painted brown 2-stroke brows, strawberry blonde hair, deep red rosebud painted lips and rosy cheeks. Very pretty vintage 24 hard plastic Winnie Walker walker doll. Her dress is tagged. I believe the dress was blue and has faded. She is all original but I think her bonnet is added. All hair and eyelashes are present. Her eyes open and close as they should. Her walking mechanism still works great. Her body and clothes are clean. Nice bright rosey cheeks.
