The swivel waist Wendy Ann doll is unique and wonderful in that she can be posed in so many ways! She is a bent knee & elbow doll, which enhances her pose as well. It is the first doll in my mothers collection that I fell in love with and began collecting. Made between 1935 and 1948, this adorable Wendy Ann wears a beautiful blonde replacement wig. Her adorable pleated pink print dress is tagged Wendy Ann. She wears pink taffeta panties and newer socks with Madame Alexander velveteen shoes. The shoes fit her perfectly but are not original to this doll. Her sweet hat was made at the Cathy Lee Doll Hospital in St. She has clear brown eyes and full lashes and her overall composition is just beautiful. Wendy Ann comes with her bouquet of daisies.
