Vintage Madame Alexander 14 Little Women set 4 dolls all original 1948/50. Three of the dresses have tags, Beth, Jo and Meg. The red and blue plaid dress is missing the tag and has some bleach spots on back of dress. The pink dress has some tears to the bodice area. They all have the Maggie Face. Jo is missing a shoe and her wig needs some work. Dolls are wearing slips and pantaloons. OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS A VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER CISSY & CISSETTE DOLL IN MATCHING FORMAL GOWNS. THEY ARE BOTH USED DOLLS AND NOT PERFECT, BUT ARE WEARING HARD TO FIND FORMAL GOWNS. CISSY IS APPROXIMATELY 20 IN HEIGHT WITH HARD PLASTIC HEAD, TORSO, AND LEGS AND VINYL JOINTED ARMS. SHE ALSO HAS JOINTED KNEES. SHE HAS BRUNETTE HAIR AND BLUE SLEEP EYES. SHE HAS ALL OF HER EYELASHES AND WEARS TAGGED BLACK VELVET LONG GOWN. THERE IS A TEAR ON BACK SEAM OF GOWN AS PICTURED AND SHE HAS A MINOR CHEEK RUB AS PICTURED. SHE IS MISSING HER EARRINGS. HER HALF SLIP IS NOT IN GOOD CONDITION AS PICTURED AND I DO NOT KNOW IF IT IS ORIGINAL. SHE HAS REPLACED HIGH HEELS TO FIT HER HIGH HEELED FEET. CISSETTE IS APPROXIMATELY 9.5 IN HEIGHT, HAS AUBURN HAIR AND BLUE SLEEP EYES. SHE IS ALSO A USED DOLL AND NOT PERFECT. SHE IS STRUNG SLIGHTLY LOOSE AND HER EYES DO NOT CLOSE BY THEMSELVES. SHE HAS MOLDED EYELASHES AND IS JOINTED AT KNEES. SHE IS ALL HARD PLASTIC AND HAS MOLDED HIGH HEELED FEET. SHE IS MISSING ONE OF HER EARRINGS. SHE WEARS A BLACK VELVET LONG GOWN THAT MATCHES THE CISSY DOLL. SHE HAS NO UNDER GARMENTS. SHE ALSO HAS REPLACED SHOES. EVEN THOUGH BOTH DOLLS ARE USED VINTAGE DOLLS, THEY MAKE A WONDERFUL FASHION DISPLAY THAT WOULD ENHANCE ANY COLLECTION. Take a look at my other items for some more interesting items.
