Madame Alexander Dolls

Gorgeous Madame Alexander Vintage Cissy is wearing her Very Hard To Find hand-painted tulle Fragile and Flowery gown from 1958. Cissy has beautiful brunette hair with full bangs, and her spanner bar. She has lovely blue eyes and nice coloring. The doll is in excellent vintage condition. Her head is slightly wobbly, but still displays fine. The gown has the fabric flowers and rhinestones throughout, and displays beautifully. I do need to mention that the gown had a few tears in the tulle in the back, which were repaired using Fabri-Tac Fabric glue. (not by me) There are also a few holes, and a cutout in the tulle at the bottom. I have added pics to show the places, and they are all in the back of the gown, and are only noticeable on close inspection. Cissy wears her lovely horsehair hat with large pink flowers, includes her slip, stockings, white gauntlets, and “diamond” ring. Cissy will need silver heels, as the elastic was stretched out on hers. The doll is free of smoke smells, or other odors. There is no doll stand included. I feel that the doll is at a very reasonable price. If the gown was in excellent condition, the doll would be listed for a much higher price. I will consider fair and reasonable offers. Madame Alexander Vintage Cissy Doll, Exquisite, Near Perfect. In her original auburn wig with straight bangs, Cissy has beautiful high color to her infused face, working open/close eyes, original lashes, and a sturdy body with no cracks, flaws, splits, discoloration, smells or repairs. She has been stored for nearly twenty years in a shelved showcase display with glass doors. Our home is smoke free with no animals. Dressed in Cissy separates, some tagged, this doll is One-of-a-Kind beauty. I designed her hat, made with vintage flowers and ribbon, and used an old apron sash to tie around her waist. Just look at the beauty and perfection of this doll! The corselet is tagged Cissy and is in better than excellent condition. Her untagged Cissy slip is full and crisp. Although not tagged, the sleeveless blouse is definitely Cissy. It is pictured on page 98 and103 of THE CISSY FILES by Kiley Ruwe Shaw. The HTF tagged purple skirt can be found on page 101, and the chatelaine, rhinestone embellished watch at Cissys waist is on page 102. She wears white vintage doll gloves. Shes obviously engaged, wearing her factory vintage diamond ring. She carries the cutest black vintage doll purse which actually works! I designed for her a shopping bag that actually opens and is marked Divenchy. Please examine the pictures closely and ask me questions; I will gladly answer.
