Vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Blonde hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged blue taffeta dress with floral trim. Slip with net ruffle and. Blue woven hat with flocked flowers, veil. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has blonde hair. With a triple stitched part wig, still in the most of the original lovely curls, smooth with a nice sheen, the color is light golden blonde, it may appear more reddish in some of the photos. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, lovely coloring. She has pierced ears with. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged dress, it is light blue taffeta with a full circle skirt and short sleeves, pink flocked flowers adorn the waist. She has the original taffeta slip with a net tulle ruffle and blue nylon panties (the panties have some tiny holes). Her shoes are adorable blue. Molded high heels with bows on the toes, these are rare to find. Her woven hat is fabulous, light blue. With a wide brim, covered with flocked pink flowers, it has a fine blue veil and velvet hatband, topped with a pearl head hatpin. Gorgeous doll and outfit!
