Clearance! Madame Alexander Retired Vintage Little Women Lot

MADAME ALEXANDER RETIRED VINTAGE LITTLE WOMEN LOT. PLEASE LOOK AT ALL PICTURES. These were found at an estate sale in the bottom of a box of dolls. These beautiful Madame Alexander dolls are in Good condition for thier age. They are strung with elastic. 2 have white corded elastic and 2 have brown. There are some minor cracks at the sockets, and one is missing her thumb. I have included pictures of the ORIGINAL COSTUMES with the name tags at the collar. Sadly, the dresses are in very bad condition. I have 2 that are tagged MEG, 1 MARME, 1 BETH, and 1 JO.. Eyes open and close properly, though they are faded in color they are clear. Face paint is still intact. They are marked ALEX on the back of the neck area but it is very faint I suspect from age. Obviously, the wigs are ORIGINAL but in need of work. They need to be restyled on 2. The other 2 will need to be replaced. I do not know if the dresses ate the correct ones for the dolls I have here, however, they APPEAR to be correct from what I could find in research. These dolls need someone who can appreciate their age and value as well as skills in restoration of these type of dolls. I lightly ironed the dresses for identification. I have not washed them as I’m afraid it would damage them more than they are. These are 1950 era but the green plaid dress was listed as 1948 so I’m not certain of exactly who is who here.
