Vintage Alexander RARE 24 Composition BETTY in Tagged Dress

I could not believe my eyes when I realized she had an Alexander tag on her cute dress. I later discovered, with much research, that she was a 24 Betty. Like many Alexander composition dolls, she is not marked. She has her original human hair wig in its original curls, placed over a slightly molded head. Her eyes work smoothly and I love her pouty mouth. I wonder if Alexander was trying to compete with Patsy as this is the same era! The dress has no major flaws and has matching panties.
