Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander-Kins “Wendy Looks So Cool And Summery” #394 RARE. Vintage box and pamphlet included. She is wearing a tagged floral print organdy dress, slip, panties, socks, and fuzzy bottom shoes. Vintage box may not be original but it is from the correct period. This doll has been in a longtime collector’s collection for years. Great addition for your collection! She is in overall in good condition. Bright and vivid coloring. Working walking and bending mechanism. Has some typical age discoloration, but overall in good condition. Slip and panties have age discoloration. Panties have tired elastic at the waist. Socks are in good condition. Shoes have slight wear to the finish but otherwise good. Hair is in good condition. Box has some normal age discoloration, lid has some corner wear. Madame Alexander Doll Company #398, #399 Tyrolean Boy and Girl Boxed VGC – The boxes do have some retail price labels and other minor issues (please see photos) but overall are some of the best we have seen over the years. The dolls and contents are excellent. Both Dolls have the base and stand, the girl has the tags and a catalog, and a nother small paper. The boy only has a very small golds colored tag as shown in photos. Both boxes have the internal doll retaining cardboard. Overall a beautiful set. From a non smoking collector home.
