A truly beautiful tagged dress from 1955. It looks much prettier in real life than my pictures show. Sometimes called the “Dorothy” dress by collectors. Comes with original black velvet belt and bows on shoulders. This example is in the harder to find darker blue. Organdy sleeves of dress have just begun to pull away from shoulder in small spots. This is not noticeable unless one looks for it and dress makes a beautiful display. I bought this dress in a lot of clothing so I do not know if it has been washed. It is very slightly wrinkled; it had been stored for many years. Shown on page 56 of Shaw’s Cissy Files book.
