Madame Alexander Dolls

1939 17 Alexander SCARLETT O’HARA Gone with the Wind composition doll. She has fine crazing all over but no chips or breaks or lifting. Marked alexander on the back of her neck. Whites of eyes have darkened with age, they do “sleep”, she has nice upper real lashes and painted lower lashes. Some paint loss on lower lip (see pic). She is wearing her original tagged outfit which is in very nice condition. Includes dress, slip, pantaloons, socks, shoes and hat. Her hat does have cracks (see pics), but to me it doesnt take away from her beauty. Her shoes do have paint loss (see pic). Very nice displayed condition, please check all the pictures carefully. Some have never been removed from box, some have been displayed and then placed back in the box and others were displayed and I don’t have the box. They all are in amazing condition! Clean and odor free. 1950′s Madame Alexander 18 Hard Plastic Maggie Face Me and My Shadow Series Victoria Doll #2030C. One of the most rare and hard to find of the Maggie face dolls, this Victoria doll is in near mint condition and unmarked. She has a blonde wig with pinned up curls, blue glass sleep eyes with full upper lashes, rhinestone stud earrings, a closed mouth and blushing cheeks. Her facial coloring is excellent. She is a head turning walker jointed at neck, shoulder and hip, the stringing is a little loose but she can still hold a pose and the walker mechanism still works. There are no cracks or split seams and all of her fingers and toes are intact. She wears her Madame Alexander tagged costume of 1850, a slate blue taffeta gown with white silk braid trim. She also has a starched white lace hat with flowers, fuschia pink velvet reticule, a one piece nylon petticoat/bloomers, a separate net hoop petticoat, stockings and shoes. The entire outfit is in excellent to near mint condition but perhaps slightly wrinkled on back from storage. Here is a pretty Cissy doll by Madame Alexander who was made in approximately 1960. She stands about 21 tall and is made of hard plastic with the one piece arms that some Cissy dolls have. Cissy is dressed in her pink fluffy tulle gown which is tagged , and she has her original Cissy panties, slip, shoes and gloves. Her hair is a strawberry blonde or reddish color, it seems to be close to the original set with a bar at the top. She has a few issues, there is a split on one of her lower thighs which is reinforced but not repaired, where her neck swivels there is a felt cushion that is not original, please see the pictures, also her vintage pink velvet hair bow is replaced, and the two under layers of tulle are replaced but the top layer showing is the original. The dress is made of cotton organdy with layers of tulle over the organdy which is intact with one reinforced 2 hole inside. Also her flower decorations are original, but her circle rhinestone earrings are replacements to match her originals, she does come with one of her original earrings, which will be sent along in her package. This Cissy doll has really pretty clear eyes with lashes, the lashes have a small nick on one side, please see the photos. Her high heels have light pink elastic which is cut and tied around her ankle to tighten the fit. She makes such a pretty display, the tulle on her dress is so soft, very delicate and beautiful, I believe she is supposed to have a ring and some bracelets, but she has a replaced ring and only one bracelet which is not original but looks pretty.
