Alexander made her in composition in 1946-7. It appears that the clothing is faded but original. It is clear that she was played with, and while I didn’t take off her clothes, they appear to be faded but otherwise in good condition. She has a marking across her back that reads. The paper tag attached to her clothing reads. 1946 – Sears catalog – displayed OBrien Doll on one side and Directory of U. Trademarks – by – Luella Hart – Pg 29 – Margaret OBrien.
