Madame Alexander Dolls

She is in good condition, but may need some cleaning. She has a brownish color wig (still has bobby pins where the previous owner redid her hair style), sleep blue eyes, hair lashes (all present), rosy cheeks, red mouth. She is all hard plastic with joints at her elbows and wrists and at her knees. She is wearing a tagged purple coat, purple velvet purple hat, tagged pinkish dress, matching panties, net slip, knee high hosery, velvet center snap purple shoes. When you move her legs, her head moves. I don’t see any cracks, but she does have a few small scratches. She does have a very light odor. Not for the mint collector. I try to make sure my items do not have loud offensive odors, but your nose may be more sensitive than mine. Beautiful Binnie has high face coloring, no rubs or scratches. Blue sleep eyes with all their lashes. Factory styled wig with lots of curl. Walker mechanism works fine. There is a thin 1.5 seam crack on left side of lower leg which looks to be a factory flaw, as pictured. Original tagged dress is in nice, clean condition. Just a pin head size faded brown dot that is lost in the pleat on front of the dress. Dress and pinafore have all their buttons. This is a vintage marked hard plastic Madame Alexander Winnie/Binnie walker doll with a Cissy face. The doll measures approximately 18 in height. The walker mechanism works well. The original wig is in good condition. The face paint is good. The lashes are full and the eyes are clear. The HP body is in good condition. The clothing is all original. The red dress is tagged as shown. The coat may be faded, I can’t say for sure as I don’t know what the original color was. The rest of the clothing is in very good condition with no holes or stains. The doll has no unpleasant “sour” HP odors and the doll is from a nonsmoking home. All sales are final. Circa 1955 Madame Alexander Binnie Walker doll with original outfit. She has her original skull cap wig in good condition. She is wearing her original outfit which is a pink heavy cotton sleeveless dress, tagged, and her rhinestone and flower trimmed cardigan with matching pixie cap. Underneath her dress she wears a lace trimmed taffeta slip and matching panties. Cloth with good elastic. She has rayon socks with pink trim, a few small holes in them, and center snap shoes. The doll walks and turned her head with ease. There is overall wear on doll, she was played with, and her outfit shows age. It has not been laundered.
