This is a beautiful Vintage Madame Alexander 15 1/2 inch Elise Bride Doll. She has blue sleep eyes, wig in the original set, and on a 5 piece body with bent elbows, knees, and ankles. Dressed in a lovely tagged Elise Bride gown, slip, panties, stockings, veil with flowers, matching bouquet, pearl necklace, and one pearl earring. Condition: Doll is excellent with no cracks, splits, or odors. She is missing one earring, stocking torn on top, slip is splitting in various places, and veil is torn. A pretty Bride doll. Featured here is a beautiful vintage Madame Alexander Binnie Winnie Walker doll dressed as a bride on a saddle stand. She will come to you as dressed, with the saddle stand so that she will be ready to display on arrival. The gown and veil are an early 1950s original American Character bride gown with matching veil. The veil is in amazing condition for its age, with no holes, rips, tears or stains. It has a lace cap with pleated lace around the cap, and it is pinned to her hair with doll bobby pins. She carries a bouquet of resin call lilies handmade from the Orient. She will come to you with the graduated vintage pearl necklace and handmade lace finger gloves, as shown. I have added replacement light tan ankle strap leatherette shoes, with brown stitched leatherette soles. She has a sweet matching vintage cotton slip and cotton panties — both trimmed in soft vintage lace. She stands 24 inches tall and her “walker” mechanism works well, when you move her legs, her head turns from side to side. Her lovely light eye color is enhanced by the beautiful ivory bridal gown and veil. She has her original red lips and light blush on her cheeks. Her hair is the original strawberry blonde wig in its original set with curls and wavy bangs. One leg is slightly lighter in color than the other — see the photo of her legs, with her slip and panties. There are also a couple small holes in her vintage satin gown, but they are hidden under the vintage lace overskirt (see last photo). The lace overskirt features little bows and a scalloped hem, which rises and dips in lovely long points over the satin gown. The dress is edged in the same soft vintage lace as the veil. The bridal cap is lace and trimmed in pleated soft lace; and the cap is pinned to her wig with doll bobby pins. The veil hangs beautifully from the cap and struts out around her as she stands. I have had this doll kept in my SMOKE FREE and PET FREE home in a darkened doll room on display, and she has never been played with. I take great care to wrap and pack my dolls so that they do not move around in transit. No props in the photos are included in this listing, only the dressed doll with her accessories as shown and her vintage metal saddle doll stand. This is a beautiful 1950s Elise doll. She is just beautiful with the clearest blue eyes. Her hair is still in net with the bar in in it. Her shoes were all stretched out so I put a new pair of silver shoes on her. She wears her faux diamond ring. She is an excellent condition I believe she was never even played with. She comes with her original box it has a few rips and stains on it after all it is from 1950s. Unfortunately I need to let her go at this time. Madame Alexander Vintage Elise Doll. Here for sale is Madame Alexander Wendy Ann pink bride doll 21 inches, hard plastic, really hard to find in this dress and in this hairstyle! I think her face is Margaret faced even the tag shows Wendy Ann. Her hair is original with the hair net. She can pose beautifully but her costume has issues because of her age. Her netting dress, petticoat and veil have holes that were sewn back to avoid further breaking. The buttons of her petticoat are working but can’t be snapped after sewing the front part of petticoat, so I put non-acid tissue papers to avoid the dress buttons to touch her body and cause any scratch. There are some discolorations on her face and body but no serious issues. She is clean without foul odor. The doll stand is not included. O any damage with her outfit or with doll. 1 owner, adult collector. This Bride #735 is a beautiful definition of an excellent new condition bent-knee 8 Madame Alexander Doll made in the 1960s. The detail emphasizes her simple elegance as she prepares for her special wedding day! Her lips are beautiful shade of pink and cheeks still preserve a touch of their rosy glow despite her age. The skirt of her white dress is double tulle for volume. The outer layer of tulle and her veil are trimmed in a beautiful Chantilly-style lace in a scallop design. Her bodice is single layer tulle, accented with the same lace over her shoulders to a V at the front waistline. The sleeves are also single layer tulle in a mutton-chop design, which is a puff-sleeve to the elbow, then straight and tight to the wrist. Underneath is a white muslin petticoat and white satin panties; the panties are trimmed in a different white lace. Her ivory satin-textured cloth slippers have a diamond accent. On her left thigh is her garter, a pink flower with a diamond accent. The garter elastic is not loose, its perfect. She carries a bouquet of white flowers with double white satin ribbons tied in a bow at the wrist, then twisting streamers to her hem. The bouquet is actually held on with the wire cord. Her crowning glory is her veil! The headband has a single tiara band of white flowers. The tulle veil falls slightly shorter than the hem, showcasing the veil lace above the hem lace. The veil is held on with pins, as was used in the 60s before the use of elastic for the head attire. Her blond hair is in the quintessential Alexander flip and, fantastically, is still in its pristine factory hairdo. The box is authentic as well. The box says Madame Alexander NY Bride 735.
