FROM THE HOME OF A SMOKING COLLECTOR. This doll is in lovely condition for a vintage doll She is a 14 Margaret face Madame Alexander from 1950. She has her bracelet but does not have shoes and her hairpiece was destroyed (I will send the remnants with her). Her dress has staining but is structurally sound with no damage. Her hair is in excellent set and her eyes work well. She will be due to restring soon but she currently is holding her head and limbs well. Her right hand has a bit of light damage on the top (perhaps cuts) but fingers and toes are fully intact in on all limbs. A nice doll from the 1950′s with a highly desirable Margaret face. This 14 Madame Alexander hard plastic doll is from the 1950′s. She is all original and in excellent condition. Dressed in her tagged satin gown with stars, matching attached slip, panties, and original shoes (one side broken and glued). Hair is in the original set with net (net torn). The stringing is tight, and she has no odors. There was a stray hair down her forehead when pictures were taken. She is a beautiful Alexander doll. THANK YOU FOR VISITING US. 1950′s Vintage Madame Alexander 14 CINDERELLA & PRINCE CHARMING Dolls.. This beautiful pair was recently acquired from the original owner who received the dolls as a gift in the early 1950′s. A rare set of 14 Cinderella and Prince Charming dolls from the early 1950′s. She is dressed in her pale blue satin ball gown with puff sleeves and decorated with silver metallic trim and tiny silver stars. Her dress is lined in white satin and she also has a net trimmed petticoat and lace trimmed panties. She has a gold metallic coronet on her lovely platinum blond hair which is held in place with the original hairnet. She is wearing her original plastic “glass” slippers which fit her perfectly, of course! The handsome Prince is wearing an ivory brocade satin tunic top, ivory bloomers and matching cape with gold metallic trim and satin lining. He has an ivory cap which matches the outfit and is accented with original white feather, white tights and original gold satin snap-on shoes. He has reddish brown curly hair and rosy cheeks. Both dolls are all original with no markings visible and no hangtags. Both their outfits are tagged with labels. There are no cracks on either doll and no odors. They are well strung and heads, arms and legs work and pose well. They have sleep eyes (hers are green, his are blue) with thick brush lashes. The only issues noted on either doll are with her petticoat. The snap at the top is missing and there is slight age discoloration at the hem where the net trim is attached (see photos). Gown of pale blue satin witha tiny pin hole 1 inch below her right hand. Matching lace is ruffled atneckline, sleeves and cascades from waist following all around the skirt. A pattern of gold sequins from shoulder, makes a pattern down front of skirt. Of pink roses is at her waist. Carefully check multiplepictures to see all details. Vintage Madame Alexander dolls; Cinderella & Prince Charmimg. Both have wrist tags. This famous couple has been together since 1950 and they are charming! This listing is for both Prince Charming and his bride Cinderella, they are hard plastic, 14 tall. The faces are lovely with green eyes that open and close freely, thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, red mouth, nice blush. The strings are good and they hold a pose nicely. He has caracul red hair, minor wear around the edges but great condition. Her hair is neatly kept in the original back net, stitched part, original style. The clothing is original. Prince wears white tights with satin ankle slippers, smashing satin brocade coat and cape. He has his gold garter and brocade cap with feather plume. The clothing is excellent with only minor age. Cinderella wears her original satin gown which has turned cream, the attached petticoat and panties are still blue, the dress is sprinkled with silver stars. The gown shows age with fading but otherwise excellent condition, no tears, there are a couple of small holes in the rayon slip. She wears her original fishnet stockings without shoes and still has the original single glass slipper. Fabulous pair, very rare! For your consideration a Vintage Madame Alexander from the 1950′s lovely “CINDERELLA”. She is 14 to 15 (including tiara) She is 5 piece, Hard Plastic. She is a blue eyed beauty. Face coloring is very good. Her extremities are free from damage (reason I show you her naked body). I is clean: no plastic smell, mold, mildew. Her gown is tagged and in mint condition. It is satin ballgown with side panniers, silver thread trim, star stud accents attached to a white taffeta slip with matching panties. Her hair is held in a net snood. Her ballgown has no tears, stains, holes. She’s wearing her original stockings! Although they have a couple of holes, but lucky for her they are NOT runs. She wears her almost mint GLASS Slippers! She also has her necklace, and bracelet that has to be put back in her arm, since they are place by hand. One issue that doesn’t make it a PERFECT DOLL! Her beautiful blue eyes are a bit sluggish to open and close. Please take a look at all the picture as they are part of the description.
