The doll has the adorable face with lovely coloring, full red lips, cheek blush, delicately painted lower lashes, smokey shadow and feathered brown eyebrows. Her brown eyes open and close easily with rooted black lashes intact. Her brown wig is full and shiny. Her body is excellent with no tear to the vinyl and no cracks in the hard plastic and all move and hold a pose. She wears a white shiny wedding dress with handmade laces on the sleeves. Underneath is a taffeta. Her beautiful bridal veil and bridal bouquet is sealed and attached inside to the side of the box. She has her original nylon stockings, and a snap bridal slippers. Her gown has it’s original tag affixed in the back. She has no odors and comes from a SMOKE FREE home. NEW in the Original Box Madame Alexander “My Special Day Brunette Bride Doll”. The COA is hand-numbered and signed (stamped signature) by Gale Jarvis – President of the Alexander Doll Company, Inc. Cissette is very nice, not mint, played with and displayed doll. She has triple stitched wig and nice face coloring. Her knees and hip joints work well. Her dress is blue taffeta with organdy sleeves and inserts. No tag or sash. The dress is in good condition, not mint. It has a 3 snap closures. It has had repairs to seams. It has been ironed and has shiny parts in the taffeta. Her hat is not an original Cissette hat but a vintage replacement. Her shoes are vintage Cissette. The elastic is loose. Vintage 1957-58 Madame Alexander Cissette doll. Blonde hair, triple stitched part. Wearing tagged blue taffeta dress with floral trim. Slip with net ruffle and. Blue woven hat with flocked flowers, veil. Presented here is a fabulous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissette doll. She has blonde hair. With a triple stitched part wig, still in the most of the original lovely curls, smooth with a nice sheen, the color is light golden blonde, it may appear more reddish in some of the photos. The eyes open and close freely, hard upper lashes, painted under lashes, single stroke brows, coral mouth, lovely coloring. She has pierced ears with. The doll is hard plastic, bent knee, good strings, holds a pose well, marked on the back; MME Alexander, no splits. She is wearing the original tagged dress, it is light blue taffeta with a full circle skirt and short sleeves, pink flocked flowers adorn the waist. She has the original taffeta slip with a net tulle ruffle and blue nylon panties (the panties have some tiny holes). Her shoes are adorable blue. Molded high heels with bows on the toes, these are rare to find. Her woven hat is fabulous, light blue. With a wide brim, covered with flocked pink flowers, it has a fine blue veil and velvet hatband, topped with a pearl head hatpin. Gorgeous doll and outfit! Hard to find vintage 1958 Madame Alexander Cissette doll skirt and jersey top, # 815. I would consider both pieces in excellent vintage condition, crisp and clean. Jersey top has attached broach.
