Stunning auburn hair Cissy with sparkling blue eyes and glowing facial color, clothes are minty. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Cissy doll. Hard plastic with vinyl jointed arms. Auburn wig, in original style, pulled up on sides. Tagged blue cotton dress. Fabulous vintage hat with velvet flowers. Vintage 1950′s porcelain cocker spaniel dog with silver chain leash. Full petticoat with tulle ruffle and taffeta panties. Blue strappy high heels with pink rosettes on the toes. Back seam nylon stockings. STAND IS NOT INCLUDED. Presented here is a stunning vintage Madame Alexander Cissy doll. She has a hard plastic jointed body with vinyl jointed arms. Her auburn hair is in the original style, nice sheen, it is pulled up on the sides and long in back. Sparkling green eyes, thick hair lashes, painted under lashes. She has a gorgeous face, lovely. Coloring, coral mouth, pierced ears with pearl. Marked on the back of the head “ALEXANDER” under the hair. Good strings, she holds a pose well. She is wearing her original minty Cissy tagged blue cotton dress with white lace trim. Underneath she has a taffeta petticoat with net ruffles and original taffeta panties, plus back seamed nylon stockings, there are some flaws in the stockings. Her hat is stunning, blue straw adorned with pink and blue, silk and velvet flowers, pink ribbon ties. The clothing is clean, sturdy, no odors, no stains, no tears, nice body. Cissy’s shoes are strappy blue plastic high heels with gold foil insoles and pink rosettes on the toes, some wear to the gold insoles. Cissy is accompanied by her 1950′s original porcelain cocker spaniel dog on a silver chain leash, adorable sitting pose with blue bow at the neck. Only 2500 produced she. In 1953 Madame Alexander Introduce Cissy to the world. Then in 1996 “Cissy came home” one again in a limited edition collection of the finest silks and woolens constructed and designed beautifully enough for a woman yet made for a doll. Cissy goes in style in a Coral and Leopard Travel Ensemble set off by a pocketed suede corset belt with gold chain. Her coral Lamb’s wool coat is brilliantly lined in leopard charmeuse to match her blouse. The crocoldile handbag is richly accented with a gold monogram buckle. And completed with knee high brown boots. She was made in America. Doll and clothing in excellent condition. Comes in Original Box with Certificate of Authenticity. One of my favorite Alexander Cissy Collections is the Pompadour Cissy Four Season doll. This was found and an estate with a huge doll collection. It is Pompadour Cissy Summer. I believe she may have ad flowers or a hair ornamentation in her hair at one time. Other that that she is pretty complete and all original. The detail is amazing. A truly exquisite doll No Box or Certificate.

All Hard Plastic jointed at the Neck, Shoulders, Hips, and Knees, with High Heel Feet. Clear Blue Eyes that open and close. Original Painted Eyebrows and lower lashes. Original lips and Cheeks are Bright! She has No splits in the knees. She is All Original, Clean, Never played with and has her Cissette Tagged Bride gown, Floral wreath veil with Pink and white Flowers, Floral Bouquet, Pearl Earrings, Diamond on her finger, Panties, nylons, Garter Belt w Pink flower and rhinestone, one high heel shoe, and Original Hang Tag. Excellent, near Mint Condition!! She is almost 65 Years Old.

She is 21 tall, made of hard plastic and vinyl, jointed at the neck, shoulders, waist, hips and knees for great posing. She has brown hair and blue eyes, perfect rosy cheeks and red lips. Cissy is wearing a black fitted dress with a bow at the waist which is made from whisper and satin black wool faille. The sleeveless dress has a matching coat with a black fur collar, and is accessorized with rhinestone earrings, whisper slides and a pillbox hat that is decorated with a rhinestone heart pin.
