Vintage Madame Alexander composition doll. Stunning doll but not mint! Personally, I would say very good condition but when you pull out the fine tooth comb there are flaws with her being 70 some odd years old (we all have them haha), Owner did have minor crazing repair done and re-stringing, it’s been many years (she tells me back when yahoo groups were all the rage)! Stringing is still very good! Her coat and bonnet have the flaws, the lining on the coat is torn and the bonnet has a small hole in the back and fading. I pictured all the flaws I found so take a good look at each picture. The only thing I didn’t get to upload due to the picture limit was the bottom of her shoes the soles are here but are worn, message me if you would like the picture of them. Doll had been kept in a large display cabinet for the later part of her life but her early life she was held and loved. So, in short if you are looking for perfection this is not the doll for your collection, If you are looking for a beautiful vintage doll with quirks, this girl may be a perfect addition to your collection. I know it is just so hard to visualize the size/girth of a doll with just regular measurements so I thought this. 16oz Cola bottle, like the kind from a vending machine. It is not included. Vintage 1957 Madame Alexander Cissette as Queen Elizabeth Doll. She is wearing a tagged gold brocade gown and a blue ribbon across her upper body with few decorative elements and couple of rhinestones. Yellow half slip with lace trim underneath. No shoes, tiara, or any other accessories that this doll might have had. The dress has some brown spots caused by deteriation of the metal clasps, but they are not on the visible surface, hidden underneath. Some age-related browning to the brocade on the back, and a little hole to the lining. There is also a browning spotting on the blue ribbon, seems like it is caused by metal decor touching the fabric. The doll itself in in good vintage condition with no damage, and sleepy eyes work well. Signed Mme Alexander on her upper back. Please see all the photos for details. This is one of the most beautiful and adorable, Madame Alexander, jointed composition, (Betty face) “Princess Elizabeth” (1937 deluxe model) dolls we have had the pleasure to offer. 18 VINTAGE MADAME ALEXANDER QUEEN ELIZABETH MARGARET FACE WALKER DOLL. Up for sale is an 18 vintage Madame Alexander Queen Elizabeth Margaret face walker doll. Her gown and hair are gorgeous. Her face is as well. I do not know if any of the jewelry is original or not. She does not have a crown. The walking mechanism is in working order. The sash is pale blue. This is a beautiful Vintage Princess Elizabeth Madame Alexander Composition Doll with Original Clothes & Tiara. The doll has her original Tiara on her head – socks & silver shoes with buckles on her feet – her under garment is a slip with attached panty (on the back of the panty is a couple of tiny holes) & a sweet pink dress embellished with 3 pink roses with green leaves & 2 buttons on back with the label that reads Princess Elizabeth – Madame Alexander – N. The doll measures 17 tall. The face has very faint crazing – one eye is foggy & she probably needs to be restrung (the arms, legs & head are loose). She has an open mouth with four upper teeth. Her clothes were only taken off for the first time just for the photo. From a clean smoke free home. Please take a good look at all photos. Rare and stunning 21 vintage Madame Alexander Cissy Queen doll. Her dress is in really nice condition and is tagged and eyes open and close properly. Her blue sash has two black marks on it and the shoes have some wear and gold foil sole is peeling on one heel, some black marks around neck joint. Her undergarment is too large and is close pinned (not sure if its original to outfit or not). One knee also doesn’t bend as well as the other. This is an all composition vintage marked 17 Madame Alexander Princess Elizabeth doll. This doll is in very good condition considering her age. Princess Elizabeth has markings on her head but the wig comes down too far to picture them. She is all original including the crown. The clothing is clean and odor free. Her human hair wig is full and the curls are good, a tiny bit messy though. Eyes are a bit slow to open and close. Comes with a stand. Please examine the photos, they. Please enlarge and examine the photos as they are very important to the description. Please be aware that the macro lens on my camera often shows defects not visible to the naked eye. We are pleased to present… “Queen Elizabeth” II, British Coronation doll. E II R Absolutely beautiful, hard plastic, (and vinyl over-sleeve arms) 21 inch tall , Cissy, “Queen Elizabeth”, coronation portrait doll , circa 1950s, (#2281) by Madame Alexander is getting quite difficult to find. She has beautiful, light brown hair in the original set with thick curls and has lovely blue, clear sleep eyes, perfect eyelashes, closed mouth and pierced ears. Her hard plastic body has the vinyl over-sleeve arms with joints at the elbows, shoulders, hips and knees as well as high-heel shaped feet and pink touches to knees. She wears her tagged: Cissy/Madame Alexander, long gold brocade , taffeta, tulle lined, Court gown with bustle train back, attached, “Order of the Garter” long blue sash with rhinestones, studded stones and pearls as well as her original lace trimmed taffeta panties, seamed long nylon stockings , gold satin high-heeled shoes, long gloves and three original, stone studded bracelets. And she wears her original, gold gem stone encrusted crown. Shown on page 53, Mme. Alexander Dolls 3rd edition-Mandeville. Her gown is crisp and clean without stains or fading. 1950s MADAME ALEXANDER QUEEN ELIZABETH DOLL MARGARET FACE. This vintage RARE Madame Alexander Coronation Queen doll is all original and never-played-with. She measures approximately 17 in height, and everything shes wearing is original to this doll. Her wig is minty, original and uncombed. Face color is vivid with nice red lips, and clear eyes with full lashes. Her HP body is in very nice condition and her walker mechanism works smoothly. There are some discoloration spots on her chest which is shown in the pictures. Her clothing has been gently laundered and is in good condition with the exception of a small hole along the bottom of her dress front. Also, her gloves show wear if you look closely.
