Vintage 1950s Madame Alexander Cissy Queen Elizabeth Coronation Doll. Has original necklace, earrings, crown, gloves, bracelets, sash, shoes, stockings, undergarments, shoes etc.. Gloves show some discoloration. Doll is in excellent condition, no holes or tears in clothing, eyes functioning. Elastic on tiara has lost its stretch, as well as one shoe elastic has lost some stretch. Her hair is slightly messy in the back. Dress is tagged, Madame Alexander Cissy. From the last year of production dolls to portrait dolls, this is a rare 21 Madame Alexander Cissy body Queen Elizabeth with the Jacqueline face mold. She is in very good condition with only her loose head and tarnished original tiara as problems. The tiara is held in place with 3 original nails into her head. She is appropriately tagged “Madame Alexander”. She also has her hang tag. She is wearing her original jewelry earrings and gauntlet gloves and bracelets. She is wearing original stocking, panties, slip and closed toe shoes in brocade. My dolls are all around 50-80 years old. I consider them TLC and some are in better condition than others. We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 17 Madame Alexander Margaret doll with a lovely even color and complexion. She is from the 1950s and appears close to factory fresh and very displayable. Her nicely blushed cheeks and full lovely lips are stunning. Her arms are nicely connected, strong and tight for her head and legs, so she can hold a pose beautifully for display. Her arms do not hold a pose. Her hair is in incredible condition and set in the loveliest style. Her dark lower lashes highlight her eyes perfectly. –This doll was made to celebrate the coronation of Queen Elizabeth. Queen Elizabeth Margaret face was only made in 1953 and 1954. I believe this is the 1954 version. She does have the minor unnoticeable rub at the end of her nose. The hoop in her skirt could be reshaped to form a proper circle. The hoop itself feels complete, and it appears free of free on the fabric. —Her coloration is even and true on her face, torso, arms, and legs. Please take note of her stunning unclouded eyes with full intact molded eyelashes that fringe her eyes. Plus, she has the blushed color eyelids for a real striking appearance. Her eyebrows are unfaded. Her beautiful hair is full and even with no thinning or missing areas. I see a little fleck of missing color on the tip of her nose, which could be easily remedied. — —-This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to factory fresh as you can find for an almost 70 year-old doll. Her coloring is even, beautifully blushed, and her color is unfaded. Her lips are bright and full. She is brought to you by a pet and smoke free home, and she is free of odors or issues. —She is wearing her stunning, and close to immaculate, tagged Madame Alexander taffetta brocade incredible dress trimmed with the pristine blue sash. You can see the tiny hole in the back of the dress, but it really is lost in the folds of the dress when her dress is naturally displayed. I stretched the dress fabric to give you a perfect view. Her bright white gloves are lovely. Her very intact clean hoop skirt with well attached snap buttons is attached to the pretty panties. Her pantyhose are free of damage. Her center snap button shoes are close to original color and condition with only one little dot, stain, on the outside of the right shoe. –The bright, unfaded, and sparkling accents of the rhinestone at her bodice and waist are perfect. Her matching necklace and earrings are intact and undamaged. Her bracelet is intact. —She is intact and complete. She is beautiful and free of issues. —-She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her tagged dress is fresh and crisp with no major detracting noticeable major sign of age related, or sun, discoloration. I feel the photographs portray her well. The fabric on the dress, panties, and slip are all clean, bright, and very displayable. —-Her hair is full with no missing or thinning areas. It is very true to the original style. The color of her hair is stunning. —She shows no age or discoloration. She does not show any marks, or rubs of missing color on her fingers, legs, or body. Her legs walk nicely and smoothly as they should. Her right leg strides big steps; however, her left leg only takes small steps. —Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. She is complete with no chews, no splits under her ears or on her seams, free of major or minor damage. We will not include her stand. — —-Please write with any questions. We offer for your consideration a gently displayed, vintage 1959, I believe, Cissy doll wearing her stunning untagged Cissy richly brocaded gown. Her face is lovely and even tone with highly blushed cheeks. Her face’s tone is a more tan/yellow color than the remaining torso and limbs. Her lips are full and unfaded. Her molded eyelashes are intact and undamaged. Her eyebrows are nice, dark, and distinct. Her hair is very close to the original style with full dark brunette curls styled into a thick and full wig with no thinning areas. Her hair is pulled back into the original barette. — She is a vision of beauty. Her long dangling rhinestone earrings are intact and really highlight her timeless classic face. The earrings left no sign of green in her ears. Likewise, her matching ring has not discolored her finger at all. Her stringing is nice and tight. Her arms are well connected and pose beautifully. Her legs are well attached. Her head is well attached, but it is probably attached a little too tightly. — —- You can see that she was well preserved and treated like a queen. She is from a pet and smoke free home. Her unclouded eyes are bright, engaging, and she is mostly intact. Her coloring is even in color and very displayable. — —Her two tone eyes are exquisite and framed by totally intact molded eyelashes and lower painted lashes. Her skin tone is light and even throughout all of her face, the torso, her arms, and legs. I can see she is mostly free of splits or cracks in her plastic legs, knees, and hips, and thighs. In one of the photos you will see a small split in the hidden area of her right upper thigh right in the middle, out of view, spot. Her arms are the type of arms used on the 1959 Cissy mold. Her fingertips could possibly use a gentle cleaning. —–This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to very displayable as you can find for a 65 year-old doll. You can see that her formal gown is an incredible and very displayable condition. It is free of snags, holes, or thinning. I did find two discolored spots on the back left sleeve, which is near the snap buttons. I would like to add two additional photos of the spots, as well as the fraction of an inch which could be remended or left as is. It is at the gathered waist area in the back. —-The blue side sash is nicely attached to the mid-bodice of her dress. The sash shows the lightest amount of spotting along the bottom three inches. The four snap buttons in the back are well attached. Her bright white gloves are bright, full, and show no signs of age. Her heels are fresh, displayable, and still enjoy stretchy elastic. Her panties and two slips are most likely replacements. They are not on the level of elegance as the coronation gown. They do have stretchy elastic. Her tulle half slip ties on, and it flares out the skirt on her dress very nicely. Her entire outfit is free of odors, issues, or signs of discoloration. — Her pantyhose are intact and undamaged. Her bright white gloves appear factory fresh, or close to it, the bright white is incredible paired with the deep brocade fabric of her dress. The glitter decorated heels and both of her shoes are close to factory fresh with very stretchy elastic straps. The crisp slip is still bright, very clean, and still has a stretchy elastic waist. The panties appear still bright with stretchy waist. —-She was only rarely removed from her showcase by the original adult collector. The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her head poses nicely, and it has a very stable connection. She could possibly use restringing; her stringing is too tight to properly display for many years to come. Her arms are very poseable. Her legs are well connected. —Her dress shows no noticeable signs of age related discoloration; it is incredibly rare and beautiful. I do not see any obvious thinning areas of fabric. —She shows no damage, chews, stains, marks, or splits. I assure you she is complete and whole. –We are consigning hundreds of similar dolls for this owner. Vintage 13 inch, Composition Princess Elizabeth in a rare Peach Gown with Original Tiara. All composition with socket head, sleep eyes, real lashes, open mouth, teeth, blonde human hair unoriginal coiffure, jointing shoulders and hips. She is wearing original peach taffeta gown with peach overlay and rich ruching at hem and bodies, pink pantries, socks, silver side-snap shoes with silver buckle, black velvet cape, and with silver tiara. No damage to dress. The cape does has a few slits in the velvet from age but the dress is perfect, but the way the velvet lays not noticeable.
