Madame Alexander Dolls

This is the 20-21 Cissy by Madame Alexander. She is coming to you in a handmade lingerie suit (not pictured). She does not have earring holes but with her very fulll wig you can rarely get a glimpse of her ear lobes. I warn you, Cissy can be addictive, at least she is for me, I love them! This Cissy is one I got from Susan Wells Roberts (Pearlsgirls). I totally trust that Susan has given the thorough gone over with the Cissy’s, she is absolutely amazing with them. Susan is another master at restoration when it comes to these dolls. This Cissy has an excellent body. I have trouble getting her left leg bent all the way at the knee. It bends about half way for me. I have shown in my pictures that Cissy has a few marks on the neck. You really can’t notice it especially if wearing pearls. Her face is sealed with a matte sealer, not done by me, came this way to me. She has beautiful blush and a tremendously thick wig. The more I look at it, I believe the torso has had a bit of applied body makeup in an attempt to cover the scratch marks on her neck. I haven’t done anything to her, only enjoyed displaying her. She has the sweetest face!! Cissy has beautiful clear eyes that are nicely set. Eyes that are not both focused on the same thing is one thing that drives me crazy if my dolls have it and this girl has beautifully set eyes. The stand is not included. The dresses and accessories shown are not included, only a one piece handmade lingerie suit. Our home is non smoking and she has no odors. 1950s MADAME ALEXANDER QUEEN ELIZABETH DOLL MARGARET FACE. This vintage RARE Madame Alexander Coronation Queen doll is all original and never-played-with. She measures approximately 17 in height, and everything shes wearing is original to this doll. Her wig is minty, original and uncombed. Face color is vivid with nice red lips, and clear eyes with full lashes. Her HP body is in very nice condition and her walker mechanism works smoothly. There are some discoloration spots on her chest which is shown in the pictures. Her clothing has been gently laundered and is in good condition with the exception of a small hole along the bottom of her dress front. Also, her gloves show wear if you look closely. This beauty is in excellent condition and stands 11 tall. Made in 1939, her composition is in excellent condition. Her black mohair wig is in its original set. She is original from her wonderful bonnet to her shoes and socks, however her velvet bodice and bonnet have been carefully re-dyed to achieve their original green and I have added a new green feather to the bonnet. Her dress has retained vibrant color and has no areas that have faded. Shoes are in excellent condition except for a few scuffs on the soles. A darling to add to your MA Or Scarlett collection! 1950 Madame Alexander Margaret Face 18 CINDERELLA #8800 Doll w/ Box. Hair still in net. However, Her head and right arm are no longer attached as the band inside broke. So, she will need to be repaired as far as that goes. Has her beaded necklace and bracelet. Seems only thing missing is wrist tag. Stress lines on her glass slippers. Box is in poor shape but will be included. Original tissue under the new white tissue. Lid is in really poor shape. All 4 flaps are gone, has brown tape, a chunk missing at the corner and discolored like the bottom of the box. Label on box is faded but can make out the word “Cinderella” and style “8800″. Up for sale is a Gorgeous 1950′s Madame Alexander Cissy Doll. Stunning All Original Cissy she is as Near Mint as Near Mint can be. All Original with crystal blue eyes with full lashes, infused face with high color blush, rosy red lips, blushed hands and knees and perfect body with no cracks, splits or repairs. Golden blonde hair that is curly and fluffy with darling little crimped curls around her face. This Gorgeous Girl will be the Star of any Collection. She is 20 tall with a hard plastic body and vinyl sleeved arms. She is jointed at the neck, shoulders, elbows , hips and knees. She is so Gorgeous that I couldn’t resist dressing her. Handmade , vintage patterned dress. The upper front portion of the fitted bodice is made of vintage white cotton organdy and lined with white taffeta. The full skirt has an attached and gathered red net under slip. The dress closes with 2 hand sewn snaps in the back. It is well made of quality fabric, serged seams and details. Next I bought her a hat and matching purse from rtrorich, Richard’s Originals. The hat is an all vintage veiled ivory straw with an applied lacy horse hair brim edge and tulle scarf. The crown has a vintage spray of off white cloth petal flowers, red cloth roses and rhinestone accents. It has vintage silk veiling. The matching bag has double strap handles and corsage with rhinestones. I also bought her a red rhinestone necklace, but I have arthritis in my hands and couldn’t get the clasp open, but I will include it. Also new is her red strappy sandals. She also comes with a vintage hatbox with gloves, curlers and comb inside, original panties, original seamed stockings, original can can petticoat, original faux pearl necklace and original faux emerald ring.
