Here is Madame Alexander’s “McGuffey Ana” in the desirable 13 cabinet size. She is all original. The composition is very good with no cracks, crazing or lifting. Her hair is blonde, styled in braids, she has the typical curly bangs. Her beautiful, clear hazel eyes have their original mohair lashes. Her face paint is excellent with finely painted lower lashes and brows, delicate lips and smokey shadow. She has two upper teeth showing. Wearing her original organdy stripe dress under her white pinafore with lace and light blue ribbon trim. Her white slip has panties attached. She has her white rayon socks and her original navy blue side snap boots. Her original straw hat is trimmed with flowers. There is one small damage to the hat. Otherwise her clothes are clean with no tears, stains or age spots. Please view all pictures as they are an important part of the description. Absolutely beautiful 1962 Madame Alexander baby McGuffey baby doll. Wears a light pink and white dress and light pink bloomers. Dress, bloomers and bonnet are in excellent condition. She is in excellent like new condition. Eyes open and close. 19 from head to feet. Only issue is left eye is a little hazy. Box is in good condition. However the box does not match. Fresh from an estate in southern Minnesota from her original family is this hard to find vintage Madame Alexander McGuffey Ana doll from the 1940s. Still in her original box, unplayed with and her wrist tag. Box has its original liner and tissue paper. She is made of composition. She is 12 inches tall. Her eyes are clear. Hair is in the original set with original ribbons. Minimal crazing and a small rub above the left eye. Original tagged outfit is clean and crisp. Let me know if you need further information. Vintage 24 Madame Alexander Doll with Original Box- Came from original owner. Doll came from the original owner. Her composition is in excellent condition with only one small crack near her eye. There are a few marks on the back of her legs but no cracks to the composition. Her facial coloring , legs and arms are all lovely. She has been restrung and stands alone. Her iris were painted by a doll Dr. But the paint can be peeled off if desired. Her lips were touched up just a bit. Her hair seems to be in it’s original style but I don’t know if the ribbons are new. She is wearing her original under clothing and apron but I believe the dress was remade to look almost just like the original. Her pinafore has been turned up slightly and has red stitching around the edge. She has her original shoes, socks, and hat. There is a small hole in one sock and one shoe has been glued around the edges. I have not removed her shoes and socks because they seem to be tight and I didn’t want to damage the shoes by forcing them off. I will be happy to send additional photos if desired. The outfit is minth with exception of the underslip at waist and someone or a store must have had a stand on her at one point as there are 2 tiny holes as shown in photo, however, jacket covers.
