Let me present to you, the serious Alexander collector, a rare & hard to find BINNIE WALKER. She is mint in my opinion. She is all original right down to her shoes & socks. Her red taffeta dress is vibrant & crisp. Her original nautical felt jacket has all the original golden buttons, anchors & stars just like new. Binnie’s head turns when she walks as it should. Her rooted skull cap is thick and in original set. She’s even still wearing her original felt sailor styled hat. Not sure if the pompom was originally red but it is rather pink now. I have not undressed this doll but added a couple photos of hip joint and bottom side. This may be a once in a lifetime chance to own a 24 Binnie Walker in this condition. Hi, This is a Hard to find 1963 Madame Alexander 10 inch Cissette Doll Pristine Mint in Box. This doll is Gorgeous! She has Clear Blue eyes that open and close. Her face has original “High Color” painted features. Her Blonde Hair wig is Clean and Very Shiny in Original pulled up do style with a cluster of curls at the top and nape of neck. She has Sparkly rhinestone earrings, a faux rhinestone ring on her finger, and Gold elastic rhinestone Bracelet to match her Gold elastic High Heel shoes. Her Pink Dress is covered in layers of Chiffon ruffles and has a few rhinestones scattered throughout. This doll comes from the Original Owner and was Never displayed. A Vision In Red. This stunning lady (#2285 from 1958) is known to many as The Lady In Red, and this near mint example is a very special Cissy… Her crisply tagged heavy taffeta gown is flawless, except for one pinpoint size dark speck on the bottom left side of the skirt. Her original tulle shawl has two small holes amid all the folds behind the original silver star pin, and this obviously! Is an “invisible” flaw! Cissy wears the original red taffeta slip, and underneath her original hosiery & silver sandals. This Cissy did NOT originally wear a bracelet, but I added this vintage pearl bracelet to compliment her original choker and earrings. It seems some LIRs had a clear rhinestone ring, others a red one… This ring is clear, but I have the vintage red rhinestone ring should you prefer it. Cissy has gorgeous features & all original coloring. Her dark blonde wig is perfection, thick with stacks of curls unique to this wig. She had a very small, narrow separation at the top of her right hip, inside her body cavity, which has been professionally repaired. Also, which is ironically further proof your LIR is original! Cissy has some light red staining on parts of her torso, a result of over 60 years in her beautiful gown. Cissy has crystal clear very-blue eyes with full lashes, and no splits, cracks or odors.
