Madame Alexander Dolls

Vintage Madame Alexander dolls; Cinderella & Prince Charmimg. Both have wrist tags. This famous couple has been together since 1950 and they are charming! This listing is for both Prince Charming and his bride Cinderella, they are hard plastic, 14 tall. The faces are lovely with green eyes that open and close freely, thick hair lashes, painted under lashes, red mouth, nice blush. The strings are good and they hold a pose nicely. He has caracul red hair, minor wear around the edges but great condition. Her hair is neatly kept in the original back net, stitched part, original style. The clothing is original. Prince wears white tights with satin ankle slippers, smashing satin brocade coat and cape. He has his gold garter and brocade cap with feather plume. The clothing is excellent with only minor age. Cinderella wears her original satin gown which has turned cream, the attached petticoat and panties are still blue, the dress is sprinkled with silver stars. The gown shows age with fading but otherwise excellent condition, no tears, there are a couple of small holes in the rayon slip. She wears her original fishnet stockings without shoes and still has the original single glass slipper. Fabulous pair, very rare! For your consideration, a Rare AND Hard TO Find 1950 Madame Alexander PRINCE CHARMING. He is all Hard plastic. He is wearing his original, tagged clothing. His outfit is in very good condition for his age. It hasn’t been washed, or cleaned. It will be up to the new owner to do so if desired. It doesn’t have any rips, tears. His outfit is made from silk brocade trimmed in gold around the neck and also to accent his puffy sleeves. Feather in his cap still long. This handsome fellow is Prince Charming, a hard to fine doll by Madame Alexander, all original and in his original, correctly labeled box. This is the 15 Prince, a gentleman ready to greet his princess in brocade shirt with gold trim, stockings, garter and cap with feather. He is in beautiful condition with a few flaws. One of his original satin shoes is stained, there are some red rubs on the knees of his tights and on his cape some faint red rubs. Not sure what he came in contact with over the last 65 years. He clothing is crisp and clean otherwise with no other stains, soiling, holes or tears. His face is gorgeous with vibrant high coloring on his cheeks, big clear blue eyes, original red lips and full lashes. The Alexander tag is on the back of his shirt, which also has original gold tie. But it has a torn corner, and several other small tears at the top edges, the kid is tearing on one side and the other side flap has torn off but is still present.
